If KSA really wanted to built nuclear weapons, as in REALLY wanted to, then such a thing could be done in the span of 15 years if not earlier. It all depends on the funding, attracting know-how who then could teach locals, investing heavily in nuclear engineering etc.

But you know what? KSA has NEVER sought a nuclear weapon because it has no use for KSA. Unlike Pakistan which is surrounded by a nuclear India that you fought plenty of wars with.

You are dumber than I first though. Almost 70 years ago Arabs did not number more than 100-150 million people and most Arab countries just gained independence after often long wars fought against the occupier. Iraq, Syria etc. were neglected by the Ottomans for centuries too before their independence. Those Arab countries were barely supported by any foreign powers unlike Israel. They did not fight for their very survival. Most of the soldiers were undisciplined, the officers did not trust their own soldiers, the armies were led by dictators, many fought it was a pointless war and not their business etc. Again a limited number of Arab countries were involved too.

Anyway what are you even blabbering about? You could not even defeat 1 single Arab country (Iraq) which is 3 times smaller and has a 2.5 times smaller population and you have never touched Israel. Nor is your military history even comparable to the Arab one. Go troll somewhere else and obsessed about your militarily, religious, linguistic and cultural conquerors. You seem very obsessed but we can't repay your interest.

What's so special about North Korea and their nuclear weapons (limited stockpile and yield)?

How many nuclear scientists are there in Pakistan out of a population of 200 million? Do you know this?

Where were those scientists educated? Since nuclear energy and nuclear weapons were founded by the West 70 years ago the Pakistani scientists must have been educated at universities or learnt from scientist from nuclear states.

I can gather that the few influential Pakistani nuclear scientists have now spread their knowledge to new generations of Pakistani nuclear scientists etc. That's only normal when you first achieve the know-how.

It's like when you achieve your first million. The next ones are easier to make but the most difficult things tends to reach that million to begin with.

No nuclaer scienstists = no know-how = no nuclear weapons or indigenous nuclear program.

Money is no problem for KSA nor manpower (we are no Qatar) nor resources. Uranium etc. can be bought and then enriched.

I want to know where those initial few leading Pakistani nuclear scientists were educated, where they got the already existing knowledge from etc.

I really, really doubt that it was all done indigenously and without any outside support. In fact there would be no Manhattan Project without non-Americans to begin with.

So what exactly stops KSA (other than political pressure) from developing nuclear weapons once KSA develops a indigenous nuclear industry in 2 decades time as the goal is? You don't think that KSA by then will have capable people or be able to hire nuclear scientists from abroad and get the know-how this way too? Just like Pakistan did?
