just keep quiet. If all you're going to do is spout nonsense and deliberately go against factual statements and evidence, then you shouldn't talk.

By the way, I also posted about the 17 policemen that died, way to use a strawman argument.

You are spouting crap! No one knows who is in control and hence as people who do not wish turkish killing turkish let us wait and watch.

So far all parties including opposition, Kurdish, as well individuals like davotoglu who have individual problems with Erdogan, have spoken against the attempted coup.

Yes because we know that coup worst than tayyip and akp.

They also know that if coup rule the state, their heads will be chopped off.

I myself hate tayyip but I will not support coup coz they will ruin my country whatsoever.

Everyone agreed on that coup is unwanted thing. But while they were trying that it could be good if they could chop tayyips head off.

So is this fight between two groups of Military?
more like a mutiny. a few senior officers, as well as the chief of army were detained by the coup leaders, but other military leaders and the police fought back. The coup pretty quick fell apart.

Turkey's Prime Minister: Ankara Airspace Closed, Will Shot Down Aircraft

Hours into a coup to oust the ruling government of President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, the government has moved to close down the country's airspace threatening to shoot down all planes and helicopters flying without authorization.
Immersed in a state of martial law following a horrific night of violence as military forces attempt to overthrow the government of Recep Tayyip Erdogan, Turkey has moved to shutdown its airspace threatening to immediately shoot down all unauthorized aircraft. The warning comes an hour after forces loyal to Erdogan shot down a helicopter from an F-16 fighter jet.

Initial reports indicate that Erdogan's government has taken back control from the coup plotters who are said to be loyalists of the US-based Imam Fethullah Gulen. Earlier on Friday, the military coup plotters had seized the bridges and the media outlets. The military coup leaders said that they had seized the government and established a "Peace Council" to reinstall democracy and human rights, but since making that announcement the military opposition has opened fire on large crowds of protesters.

well, it sort of happened in mali as well, where the coup leaders were forced to hand back control to the gov and issue an apology.

First experience of my life. I ain't old enough.
But must say, Turkish proved the world what actually democracy is. :)

looks like coup is going to be failed because only a fraction of army is doing the coup and some operations like international flights may get resumed soon... the curfew was never honoured and everybody is on the streets

. .
the fact that there have been random shootings done by the mutineers means their own chain of command is now broken , its now only a matter time that they'll be rounded up and ... well the punishment for mutiny is the same the world over

Erdogan will come out very shaken but intact from this , he'll have his work cut out and a lot to rethink in terms of his strategy for Turkey going forward

Already failed. What else a failure is?

.
A fvcking false flag operation, who plans a coupe and does it like amatures?
First you take out all of the government, did this happen?
This is instigated by Erdogan to get some votes he lost because of his ridiculous policies regarding the South East(PKK) and foreign affairs.
Unreal bs,but my people as Always will buy this and make him a fvcking hero.
We deserve this guy.
