Wow. Those were lovely videos. Maybe they can be employed as fielding coaches for the Indian cricket team. LOL
BTW, the Tamil immigrants took the "parota' with them to Malaysia and Singapore and added it to the local cuisine.
Only there it is called "Roti Prata". And there is a similar version in Indonesia as well called "Martabak". All are served with a thickish curry. And very tasty.
One difference between the North Indian and South Indian Paratha/Parota is that the S.Indian version is nicely coated with oil, while in the North it is drier and the fat/ghee is used only to keep it pliable to roll or pat out.
