How do we know these are civilians and not international gangsters?

How do you know that the Chinese arbitrarily detained without due process of law by Indian police are spies, and not just tourists who failed to pay bribes the way 40% of Indians do?

The Indian diplomat was attacked as he tried to secure the release of two Indians who were held hostage by locals, demanding payment of their dues in the eastern business hub of Yiwu.

The two Indians had been held hostage by the local traders for two weeks for non-payment of dues by their company, whose owner had allegedly fled the country.

A high drama ensued as the crowd prevented the two from going along with him demanding that they pay millions of Yuan owed to them for commodities purchased from them.

The owner was stated to be a Yemeni or a Pakistani national.

If they would have been Intl. gangsters?? do you really think your local people would have kidnapped them? don't you think, they would have simply slipped out of your country way before you would have realized that a fraud has happened.

And they are just employees not the owner who has fled the scene.

Regarding 3 chinese detained........ any one visiting foreign country has to take Visa and permission to visit particular place/ locations with proper reasoning. What were they doing at border areas?? and that also without permission.
