Chowkidar Raja Singh ki choori. Har Chowkidar choori kar raha hai apni capacity kay hissab say. Carry on
In the west :-
Indian trying to be Pakistani— very very few(none)
Pakistanis trying to be Indians —
Very many.
Pakistan has attained such a reputation that sadly people are forced to do it.
I personally know people who are Pakistanis but say they are Indian and open Indian restaurants.
I dont personally know of any such examples. At a personal level(my family and I live in the US)...none of us ever claimed to be Indians...ever.
As for the restaurant...perhaps it is to attract more customers(Indians and Pakistanis)? Some of the desi restaurants(here in LA) that I've been to...that are owned by Pakistanis either say the name of the restaurant(and nothing else) or underneath the name it says "Indian and Pakistani cuisine". I have yet to come across a Pakistani posing as an Indian or a restaurant owned by a Pakistani portrayed as an Indian restaurant.
Agreed. I have noticed the same in my observation that compared to Indians(in general), Pakistanis(in general) tend to be taller and fairer. However I dont usually bring up anecdotal evidence such as this bcuz ppl usually take this description of differences in phenotypes as some sort of racial superiority...so I find it best not to mention this.In my personal experience, 90% of the times people in Europe,USA and even middle east and far east who have come across both Indians and Pakistanis can tell them apart (Pakistani's being taller and fairer as described by a Filipino colleague of mine), on the off chance if someone does refer to me as an Indian, i immediately and strongly correct them tell them that i am a Pakistani.
lol
In the past 11 years I've been here, not one Pakistani I've come across that says he is an Indian. Not in any of north America, so I dont you where your kind gets this bs from, but do stfu.In the west :-
