Saudi Arabia intercepts ballistic missile fired from Yemen

don't move here bruh, here women drive taxis...

You are a bit late genius. This moronic non-existing (in theory and on paper) 25-year old ban was removed over 1 month ago. You need to change your disc. As I said worry about your own house. As things stand right now I live in a much more luxurious, bigger and solid house. So someone living in a council estate should not highlight living standards as an argument in his favor. Just my two cents.

Iran should give houthis more sophisticated missiles to bring pain to the barbaric al-saud family.

Sweet dreams are made of this. What's the title of that song again? I believe that you have 1 billion more things to worry about. Such as arming your border guards so 10 at once don't die when engaging with barefooted Kurdish separatists. KSA/Arab coalition/Yemeni army is in control of 90% of Yemen (a country the size of Iraq and Syria put together and much more complex geographically since most of Yemen is mountainous).

While you are at it remove the barbaric Wilayat al-Faqih Mullah's. Don't forget to add an Iranian flag next to your profile here on PDF so people won't confuse you for an Canadian of European descent. I don't think that they will once they read your posts but sometimes not everyone is as sharp as they should be.

No need. Sending some AKs and RPGs is enough for them to lose their shit and invade. That, coupled with Saudi's failed OPEC tactics, plunged the government into a budget deficit, and their economy into recession. The Houthis have enough stocks of Scuds left over from the Yemeni army.

Saudi Arabia’s air defense forces intercepted a ballistic missile from Yemen in northeastern Riyadh on Saturday night.

The missile did not cause any major damage.

Earlier on October 30, a ballistic missile had landed in Yemen’s Saada region, after al-Houthi militias failed to launch it into Saudi Arabia. ( )

The Houthis have repeatedly been trying to target Saudi cities and territories with ballistic missiles that the kingdom’s defenses have responded to efectively.

Shattering desperate Houthi terrorist cult propaganda and likewise desperate Iranian Wilayat al-Faqih Mullah propaganda.

The useless firecracker was intercepted. No injuries or any damage.

I did not know that civilian airlines were military targets. That's news to me.

Anyway this just means that more Houthi terrorist cult members will be slaughtered and more of their strongholds turned into dust. They lost 500 terrorist cult members in the past 2-3 weeks and 2 days ago they lost 3 leaders.

Dozens of Al Houthis killed in Nehim

Yemeni army makes incremental gains just outside of Sana’a amid days of intense clashes with rebels

Saeed Al Batati, Correspondent

Al Mukalla: Fighting raged outside Al Houthi-held Sana’a for the third consecutive day on Thursday as Yemen’s vice-president urged government troops to press on with their offensive, local army commanders and journalists told Gulf News.

Government forces and fighter jets from the Saudi-led coalition killed at least a dozen Al Houthi militants, destroyed four armed vehicles and seized three others on Thursday, a local journalist who visited the front lines said in a telephone interview.

The journalist, who requested anonymity because he was not authorised to speak to the press, said that bodies of dozens of Al Houthis have been left behind on the battlefield amid intense fighting.

“Fighting has been raging since Tuesday. Government forces are advancing while Al Houthis are fleeing, ” the journalist said.

Weeks of intense air strikes and heavy shelling on Al Houthis positions on Nehim’s rugged mountains have paved the way for government forces to make advances.

On Wednesday, a Yemeni army spokesperson, Abdo Abdullah Majili, told Gulf News that government forces liberated as many as 20 locations in Nehim and killed tens of Al Houthi militants.

The fighting intensified in Nehim as the country’s vice-president, Ali Mohsen Al Ahmar visited the front lines and met with senior army commanders leading the fighting against Al Houthis.

The state-run Saba news agency reported that general Al Ahmar urged tribes in Sana’a to defect from Al Houthi movement and join advancing government troops.

Al Ahmar also called on army and security soldiers backing Al Houthis to desert the rebels and fight alongside government forces.

Despite mounting many offensives in the area in the past, government forces have only been able to make limited advances in Nehim.

Their last big victory was last year when they seized control of a military base in Nehim district.

Meanwhile, fighting continued in the provinces of Hajja, Jawf and Taiz amid heavy air strikes from coalition fighter jets.

Army commanders in the northern province of Jawf said on Wednesday that their forces engaged in heavy clashes with the rebels in Al Masloub and Khab Al Sha’af districts.

In the southern city of Taiz, resident said that several civilians were killed when Al Houthi militants shelled residential areas on the eastern side of the city.

Yemen’s president Abd Rabbo Mansour Hadi fled Sana’a in 2014 after Al Houthis put him under house arrest and killed many of his bodyguards.

He decamped to the port city of Aden where he is leading a military campaign to restore his presidency, which is internationally-recognised.

The Saudi-led coalition has also intervened to help Hadi put an end to the rapid military expansion of the Iran-backed rebels.

Once a Dalit from Ganga is always a Dalit even if he adopts a pseudo Arab identity. I guess it still is better being a Dalit for Arabs then a Dalit for the Hindus.

@Sharif al-Hijaz Hey mate please do adopt another Dalit who thinks he is Arab.

I had no idea what an "Dalit" was before I just googled it. Nor do I know who or what you are talking about and where Arabs fit into the picture. You lost me here or is this about @BATMAN supposedly having ancestors from India like almost 30 million Pakistanis, including your founding father who (correct me if I am wrong here) was an Indian from Gujarat?

KSA has already entered Yemen. In fact we control 90% of it and have established an entire new Yemeni army.

PDF.

why they did this ?

Because they are receiving a spanking 24/7 and are desperate. This firecracker was intercepted (I posted a photo and a video) and no people or property was damaged.

Ipso ergo, according to the vaunted al-Hasani Formula (each % of footwear quality = -ve coefficient of fighting capability) theorising the inverse relationship of shoe quality and combat skill, Iran > Saudi.

Are you saying that Houthis are fighting in sandals in mountainous terrain? You do realize that your photo is taken during a parade in Sana'a in the middle of summer?

The difference here is that Houthis are 100 times more heavily armed than some Kurdish peasants. The difference here is that the Houthis are aided by elements of the former Yemeni army that retains their loyalty to Ali Abdullah Saleh. The difference is that KSA/Arab coalition are not fighting in their own backyard (own country) but in a foreign entity. Not like Iranian border guards who are being killed regularly inside their own borders. Most recently 10 at a time.

PS; I did not know that PKK operated in Iran. I thought it was PJAK.

Call me the next time that some Kurdish or Baluch peasants are firing ballistic missiles at Iran you tool or are equipped with tanks and other heavy equipment. It's like comparing some petty criminal group with the Russian mafia.

Fact of the matter is that Iran can only dream about engaging in a conflict like Yemen as you lack the capability to even invade it.

.
Syria and Yemen both build ballistic missiles. Nazi Germany built the first ballistic missiles in the 1940s.

Can't take a joke can you

Did I forgot to mention that there are more weapons per capita in Yemen than anywhere else in the world outside of the US? Or that AQAP (considered as even more dangerous than Daesh by many experts in the international community) must be added to the list.

https://lobelog.com/the-reinvention-of-al-qaedas-most-dangerous-branch/

By all accounts KSA and the Arab coalition have done a hell of a job and gained invaluable experience that no other regional country has gained in the recent era. No such operations are undergoing anywhere in the region of this size by a regional country. And no, sending a few advisers to Syria and volunteers does not count.

Size of Yemen = Iraq and Syria put together.

Geographical challenge = Heavily mountainous and known as the "Afghanistan" of the Middle East for a reason due to this challenge, the tribal nature of Yemenis and the fact that outside invaders have rarely if ever truly succeeded.

Only the challenges faced by the SAA and Iraqi Army are comparable but those are internal matters (the fighting takes place solely in Syria and Iraq - thus on home soil) unlike Yemen which is not native land for Saudi Arabians or other Arab coalition soldiers.

@Khafee

End of story really.

Not even close.

@Sharif al-Hijaz is to stupid to see what 90% even means. Amazing how this guy can get out of bed in the morning without breaking his arm with this much retardation. Maybe his head will explode when I tell him houthi controlled territory is mostly all the urban population centers while the terrorists are in control deserts and mountains in the east.
