Samsung helps AT&T fraud: placing fake 5G logo on mobile phones running on non-5G networks

1)Huawei's only problem is its very strong research and development capabilities.
United States and Australia accusing Huawei for espionnage for the last 18 years yet 0 proofs provided ,always come out with line such as We have reason to beleive,Huawei has the chance to,Huawei has the opportunity to,Huawei founder is former PLA official,Huawei Can not prove it has no risk of....Huawei is a chinese company and not listed,bla,bla,bla,....while we have Edward Snowden shows us that US is syping on every country and every things they can !
2)Back to topic, very well,we finally agree on one point:the so-called inexplicable 5 GE supported by AT&T is not really 5G network service.

what does 5G E means?

. .
2.) 5GE is not 5G, nobody on AT&T claim it was 5G, and most importantly, THEY DID NOT USE THE 5G REGISTERED TRADEMARK. So there are no "misrepresentation" here. as I said, Telstra have something called 4GX and is written with ANYPHONE that's on it, including ZTE and Huawei, so did Huawei and Telstra should also be suspected for misleading? Because there are no such things as 4G plus or 4GX network.
Remarks like 5Ge on the top corners of a phone will definitely mislead many consumers, especially those who are not familiar with the network or IT stuffs. It 's a simple plain obvious truth.

1.) You do know they have found Sarin and other Chemical weapon in Iraq, right? They may be "expired" as Iraq claim, but I dare you to walk into these "Expired" stockpile without MOPP gear and Gasmask. And please stop justifying your insult.
As long as no WMD was not found in Iraq, you have no way to justify the war crimes of the US gov. Powell even used wash powder to deceive the entire world af. The US gov real makes a name for itself. Try to argue that.

Hold on your horses.
or else
I will get my hands on both the provoking parties and the provoked ones without any discrimination.

Again, by law, there are nothing wrong with that. As I said, they did not use the trademarked logo of 5G (Which have a little wifi symbol on it) and did not advertise they have 5G capability, (As long as their reported speed on any advertisement is the LTE speed which is 3Gbit/s) they did not break the law. Because they can name their plan whatever they want. They can call it 8th Generation Mobile Communication, or whatever because that would be how they name their network

The moment they mislead the public is when they actually used the adopted 5G trademark logo or advertise the speed or performance is 5G like (10Gbit/s and using IMT/Advance) but cannot reach the level as indicated in their advertisement, otherwise, they did not break the law.

You don't necessarily like their marketing strategy, I don't but I also cannot say it is wrong for having such a marketing gimmick.

Again, THERE ARE WMD. US Military did found discard chemical weapon shell (Sarin) which is claimed to be expired, WMD does not only mean nuclear weapon, and while they are expired, they are still chemical weapon, if you want to argue that I will argue with you once you walk inside one of these "expired" Chemical Weapon bunker without protective clothing and then come back and argue with me.

Trademark infringement isn't necessarily exactly the same. And I believe the majority of posters here would agree that 5G with a tiny e beside does imply and mislead consumers that they are using 5G network or 5G devices. And I am not even talking about trademark but their subject intention to mislead the public.

As I said, 5G is a word, it was not and cannot be trademarked. People are free to call anything 5th Generation if they wanted. As long as what they called is expected in their definition.

You can say this is a sneaky tactics but did they mislead people? People are not that dumb just believe anything they see on the front, until AT&T advertise their capability of 5G (Whatever that is) and cannot met that performance level, you cannot say it's misleading, because if their 5th generation communication network is a 3Gbits shared network, they can reach it by using LTE-A system. Then they are not misleading people. Their "5Ge" can be anything. I can call my 4G-LTE system 5th Generation, as long as I did not use their logo and specify the speed, I did not mislead you.

However, they are misleading, if they advertise the 5G Mobile Communication standard, (which is IMT/Advance) and uses the logo of 5G trademark but their equipment is not compatible with such equipment or advertise a speed they cannot match, then they are misleading.

By the way, AT&T really did launch 5G (yes, that service) service on select city in the US, which add to it legality, they can claim we use 5G for those city and services, and 5Ge as other faster than 4G service.

Even the US gov didn't make a claim that they found WMD in Iraq.
There are tons of your Media and your allies that criticize the US gov for invading Iraq on the pretext of WMD.
And you have no chance to explain how wash power can be chemical weapon.

Well, I guess now it's your words against mine. We can't convince each other but we both have made our own opinion clear and people here will make their own judgment.

lol, you are clutching the last straw,

US Army/Government have made numerous publication on founding WMD, they even release casualty report on soldier being wounded by these WMD in Iraq.

https://www.nytimes.com/2015/03/26/...ndling-of-chemical-weapon-exposure-cases.html

WASHINGTON — The under secretary of the Army on Wednesday apologized for the military’s treatment of American service members exposed to chemical weapons in Iraq, and he announced new steps to provide medical support to those with lingering health effects and to recognize veterans who had been denied awards.

The Army try to say these were not combat wound, and refused to issue purple heart to these veteran, which basically make a mess out of the situation a few years back.

As I said, you can come back to argue with me if you are willing to walk inside one of those Saddam "Expired" washing powder storage WITHOUT protective gear, if you do that, I am more than willing to argue with you whether US found WMD in Iraq.

With tons of videos and MSM reports, It is obvious that even the majority of US citizens don't buy this shit. Try to convince them first, please. I may not have a chance to walk inside Saddam storage of whatever. But I am willing to use the chemical weapon held in the hand of Powell in UN council as evidence of WMD to wash my cloth or my hand.

You do know that is a televised apologise.

As if you know what Americans believe, s I said, I don't really care what you think until you are willing to walk inside one of those washing powder storage in Iraq unprotected.

Otherwise your word mean "___" this big

Nonsense. Most consumers don’t know what „g“ stands for. How can they be misled by 4g or 5g or 5 2/3g?

Typically running out of words.
I guess if I answer " I am willing to walk inside". You gonna ask me to take a selfie.
Words on this forum mean nothing, no matter yours or mine. But people will learn who is telling the truth.

Are we living in the same Earth? People might don't know what "G' really stands for but people do know with 5G they can download video extremely faster than 4G.

No I live in real world how about you? You don’t realize the max speed of 5g only exists in ideal conditions that never exist in real world?

You don’t realize either the speed will slow if you are not alone, e.i. more than one people use the same cell?
