Why don't you educate yourself about S400 before lecturing us on Arrow. 40N6 missile is comparable to Arrow missile and S400 is a multi layered defence system.

Indian BMD is not matured enough to compare with Israel or Russian systems. S400 procurement is a stopgap measure until it does.

If I'm not mistaken, 77N6-N and 77N6-N1 will enter service soon to the russian inventory, or they already did, will they integrate into Indian S400 and provide anti ICBM capability?
S400 is designed to shoot down short to medium range ballistic missiles (untill the range of 3500 KM) whereas Arrow weapon systems designed to shoot down medium to very long range ballistic missiles includin exo atmosphere targets.
India is intend to fill that gap with prithvi or aad?

AFAIK Russian s400 does posses ABM capability, but weather its available for export variant is a matter of some ambiguity.

99% target is an airspace coverage upto 600 km+ range and max altitude of 185 km.

Reliance Defence and Tata will benefit a lot.

The key feature to look out and seek is still the number of command posts and the fact that 40N6 which has done this high altitude of 185 km and the HTK 77N6 series is fully passed on to us without any kind of restriction which in general seen in Russian arms Export variants.

In essence we will be able to then use the S450 MKI system for proper IRBM/ICBM class protection as well.

Terra-Spectra would be very costly. 10 of those may very well cost us 2-4 billions. They seem to be very capable systems though and should be looked into if funds are available.
