Mi-17 for Army, ANF force, Civilian use.
Mi-35 for Army and ANF.
( Marines also need a Helicopter for special ops)

Pak uses American & Chinese equipment & no chinese dont produce soviet era stuff, do you really believe JF-17 (potentially with AESA) , Alkhalid I & II, Type 39 subs are soviet era junk ? How do you classify soviet era junk ?
As far as i know entire indian artillery constitutes of soviet era junk & needs upgradation while majority of Indian tanks are night blind , yet you have the courage to call chinese stuff junk, a country where many firms including boeing are setting up production facilities ? Quite shameful that with seven times larger budget at minimum..Pakistan still outpaces Indian Army in efficiency and class..and is still eager to pick a fight..regardless...many armies in the world may be intimidated by the sheer size of inventory of enemy..so I think Pakistan and Israel are only unique in this positions..

To win any war..speed , Surprise and shock are the necessary tools of victory..I think ISIS so far truly made the shock and awe impact after failed invasion of Iraq.

This is the delusion of Pakistan, that they think it's all about them. There are multiple reasons why India spends more on defense: it's simply has more to defend. More land, more people, two massive coasts. And China plays a bigger part of the equation than Pakistan.

Russian weapon customised by ourselves with most modern sophisticated systems from our nation and western nations ,Israel etc .
