Bang on target post. It was our failure. We failed to check everything and now we are complaining about it.

Problem is we are trying to brush off our failure and putting all blame on Russians. They did what they wanted to ? For them asbestos was not the problem. But having said that, if boiler didn't work at maximum capacity, we should penalize for that only.

India learn a lot in this time, next time define all the detailed specification before sign your name on the contract Russian offre you. I dont think there is any case like this when it comes to the military purchasing deal between China and Pakistan. Shame on Russian! You cant loose trust of your closest friend~

I think its good that this unforyunate episode took place. Next time Russians have themselves to blame for loosing on deals like these. They havent heard the goose and the golden eggs story and making the same mistake that the farmer made.
