@arp2041Well that is what happened last time. She won unopposed because the opposition was too scared to fight her, Queen Hasina indeed!
If she rules one more term Bangladesh will finally be free of remaining 8% Hindus. But her Govt will forge the statistics that hindus are 15% like It did this year.
When Zia rules She can be pressurized for Hindu persecution. But India cant question Hasina. Her party members in villages grabs equal amount of hindu lands than Zia's members or maybe more. I am not wrong ask any kolkatan who is aware of present Bangladesh.
And Yes I also support her now. BNP is dead. One party rule will only make us stable
We already had Nuclear industry. More than 50% components were sourced from Indian industries. While for Bangladesh its starting from a scratch. BD engineers must also be trained with. So its a long process.
I have come into touch of a group of Bangladeshi students who are only 20-22 years old and are studying nuclear science for a year in Russia. They are being groomed for the project..
Bangladesh has advanced so much! I first visited Bangladesh as a child during the 1980s and the country wIas in a poor state of affairs: poverty, loadshedding, etc. Now its economy is doing well. It's a totally different place now.
And your last visit in?
But way too risky country like Bangladesh with heavy floods could be a catastrophic event if nPlant struck by floods.
Yes we are prone to floods but not flash flood. As the north where the power plant is being built is entirely flat the flood is characterized by quiet rise of water level. People die from water borne disease but not flash flood. So The plant can easily be protected.
Cyclones mostly affect southern coastal region. Our only concern is an earthquake. Then it can happen in any place of planet earth.
