If you follow the Libyan media and Libyans comments every where .... you will find exactly the opposite .... the Turkish puppets ( Syrian Turkmen Terrorists) that Turkey sent to Libya added more complications to the situation in Libya .... which led to stopping Oil export from Eastern Libya ports to stop sending money to those terrorists.
Erdogan is doing Brinkmanship policy trying to get a good deal ... but things in Libya is different than in Syria .
for Iraq .... I’m seeing a lot of talks .... but on the ground I’m seeing Iran controlling it’s Militia in Iraq and Turkey occupying Iraqi lands ..... not UAE not KSA .
Iran and Turkey don’t ever support independent governments .... they only support weak governments that allowing both countries to control their own homeland for better positions in Negotiations.... that’s it.

I am going to be very honest with you about turkish foreign policy
You can’t say that there’s turkish occupation if there are only military advisers and maybe some special forces for black ops i have read opinion from libyans on twitter they are saying while uae france and to a lesser extent egypt are helping haftar for 9 months international community is quiet but when turkey intervenes they are suddenly concerned to cut short they are pissed of due to Europe’s double standard also it’s important to be asked if haftar is very popular then why there’s no coup in tripoli?? Just like syrians fighters (majority turkmens yet there is strong arab minority you know that Free Syrian Army has about 80% fighters of arab origin you can’t say that only syrian turkmens are send in libya) are deployed on GNA’s side so are fighters from chad sudan and wagner (professional ex soldiers) sirte has been captured in a scandalous way actually salafis who were on gna side flipped to haftar after their religious leader from saudi arabia issued jihad against turkey and gna so we should be BOTH HONEST HAFTAR IS NOT FIGHTING JIHADISTS/TERRORISTS and GNA ALSO ARE NOT ANGELS EITHER BUT IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO TELL THAT MOST OF CIVILIAN CASUALTIES ARE DONE BY HAFTAR SIDE(more than 90%) recently they killed 40 young libyans from military college pro-haftar accounts said that they have killed turkish soldiers after 2 days they shamelessly accused gna of doing it there are lots of this to be talked however i will tey to stick to more geopolitical writing i have explained turkish goals in libya to be honest turkey has already achieved the east med goal cause thanks to this deal turkey will always use it and east med pipeline won’t be build thanks to the powerful navy which is actually the strongest in east med i think turkey is helping gna very effectively at minimal cost there aren’t turkish casualties trust me no one cries for 2 “dead” bayraktar TB2 (small) tactical drones
So the reason why turkey is keeping alive gna because turks wants to lead its own alliance in order this to be achieved you have to show some strength we all know that both tunisia and algeria don’t like much neither europeans nor haftar(there are videos in which he issues threats to both of them)
As for syria and iraq they are national security issues while libya is much more economical related though it can be called national issue as well due to the gas rights
I will say this as long as turkey lives syria iraq iran will live i cannot understand iranians when they brag about being able to circumvent US sanctions they deliberately omitting the fact that lots of iranian companies opened businesses in turkey also lots of iranian money are laundered with tactical approval by TR government(this was done by previous governments too)
Indeed iraq is unfortunately weak state but that’s not Turkey’s fault and if we want to be honest everyone likes weak states(weaker state easier meddling states interfere each other that’s a fact) despite all of this said turkey’s role is only against pkk terrorists unlike us and iran who are competing for baghdad

It’s true that thanks to stupid US invasion iran has created a state within state in iraq through its proxy militia yet they are not doing anything that will endanger existence of iraqi state (like supporting kurds or supporting creation of another autonomous region) saudis and uae on the other hand in order to hurt iran(and turkey too) are wiling to sacrifice iraq’s&syria’s future as states by supporting terrorist separatists
I have written too much for now in another reply i will tell you more of my opnion about ME affairs one thing is sure the so called fight against jihadism by saudis and uae is nothing but a farce they are fighting for their survival we all know that if they win they can shape region’s future for how long that’s a million dollar question if they loose which i think will eventually happen sooner or later then we will see new saudi arabia/uae with completely different governments on the other hand turkey indeed wants to create its own alliance/order in ME and for that you need someone who share at least fundamental view(this is very important because turkey seeks endurable/lasting relationship not currently master-slave type relationship between saudi and US) i think this is the real truth this is my honest opinion about general situation i can also tell you my opinion egypt as well next time
