The Arc was not invented by anyone, the arc has been in human history since the beginning of time.
I thought Anatolia wasn't apart of your empire? If it is then that means your last roman emperors were Muslims.
and yes the round arc was invented in rome.

The ancient
Romans learned the arch from the
Etruscans, refined it and were the first builders to tap its full potential for above ground buildings:
The Romans were the first builders in Europe, perhaps the first in the world, fully to appreciate the advantages of the arch, the vault and the dome.
[22]
Throughout the
Roman empire, their engineers erected arch structures
such as bridges,
aqueducts, and gates. They also introduced the
triumphal arch as a military monument.
Vaults began to be used for roofing large interior spaces such as halls and temples, a function that was also assumed by
domed structures from the 1st century BC onwards.
The segmental arch was first built by the Romans who realized that an arch in a bridge did not have to be a semicircle,
[23][24] such as in
Alconétar Bridge or
Ponte San Lorenzo. They were also routinely used in house construction, as in
Ostia Antica (see picture).
His family was most likely christian majority but the architect was Muslim. he wouldn't be an architect if he wasn't especially considering he made a lot of Mosques.
He build more churches than mosques and introduced western architecture into Ottoman empire.
What now?
True, we do share same heritage. And I am happy for it.
But we can still call each other petty insults. it's fun
But, please lets do keep sharing photos. I love threads like this!!
I dont know. Its strange isn´t it? 2000 years ago one of your ancestors and one of mine propably represented the same Empire. Stand united for the Roman Empire. Its values and light in a world of barbarism and now today our nations are rivals on brink of being open enemies.
It is strange how things develop.
