Currently, In-Driver and Careem(Uber) are aggressively competing against each other to dominate the ride-hailing market in Pakistan; in addition, both are also trying to compete in food and grocery delivery service. However, the food and grocery delivery market in Pakistan is completely dominated by Foodpanda. Bykea is another ride-hailing service that started off by only offering ride-hailing service through motorbikes and they are still the best at it, recently they have also started offering ride-hailing service through rickshaws. The market will become much more interesting next year when Bykea will raise its Series C funding. If another player enters the market it will be very beneficial for the consumers.

More importantly, its interface is very friendly towards people who know little to no English as the app initially started off in Urdu langauge. This helped them a lot in immediately gaining market share as soon as they launched their app.
