I've also heard from a source as part of this exercise that a Squadron Leader in a JF-17 was able to eject his seat mid air and land on top of one of the Rafale's, open their cockpit and give the Qatari pilot some naswaar before jumping back into the JF-17 (without it's seat) and land it safely to applause from all sides.

Firstly no Pakistani source, media or otherwise claimed this, its being reported by an Indian oriented newspaper, thus the Indian sources will be the last to give credit or report anything positive about Pakistan.
