The news reporter talks just in the same way
as most of us, didn know that was Calcutta accent.
Ofcourse unless it is chittagaiya or noakhaillam sylheti accent
which is quite a complicated phenomena in itself.

But, what about the song I have listened in the film 'Raikamal?' It is same melody. Any explanation? Watch that movie and then come to a point. It could be that the same song was inducted in Raikamal.

Could be the same song or the Music director is influenced by the song as the movie seems to be about Bauls.
