Muslim Rulers like Sultan Giasuddin(1391-1409) Alauddin Hussein Shah (1493)
were a thousand times better then many of us regarding culture. Bengal wasn’t divided with Muslims and Hindu as it was mostly ruled by Sultans. Pohela Boishakh was as much celebrated by Alauddin Shah 500 years ago as it is today. .
