ISLAMABAD:
Pakistan has urged the United States to use its influence for making India behave as a responsible state in order to bring stability and peace in the region.

This issue was raised during the recent visit of US Secretary of State John Kerry, where he held in-depth discussions with Pakistani political and military leadership.

“Latest developments in the region particularly the ongoing operation against terrorism and the rising tension with India came under discussion,” sources privy to the meetings held with Kerry told this correspondent on the condition of anonymity.

“Kerry was asked that President Obama should take up Pakistan’s concerns related to India during his forthcoming visit to India,” sources said, adding that “Kerry was urged that President Obama should put pressure on Indian leadership for resumption of dialogue process with Pakistan in order to resolve all outstanding issues, including Kashmir”.

The US secretary of state was apprised that Pakistan is deeply engaged in curbing the menace of terrorism and its forces are busy on the Western border, in such crucial times any disturbance on the Eastern border is disturbing this war against terrorism — which as of now remains the global concern. “India must be told to remain in its limits.”

The sources maintained that Kerry was communicated that “India is pursuing policy of aggression against Pakistan without any reason and intends to divert attention of Pakistani forces from the ongoing war against terrorism.”

Kerry was also asked that President Obama should convince the Indian leadership to talk on Kashmir issue as well, since lasting peace in the region can only be guaranteed with the resolution of the core issue of Kashmir, which has been lingering on due to cold Indian response.

Pakistan urged John Kerry to persuade India to take initiative for resuming dialogue process for resolution of all outstanding issues with Pakistan. He was informed that it was always Pakistan which took the initiative to resume the dialogue process but India adopted a cold attitude. “The last effort for resumption of the dialogue process was also initiated by Pakistan, but India disrupted it without any reason,” the sources concluded.

Every paragraph of this article starts with " Pakistan urged;, " Pakistan also asked ", ' Kerry was also asked'.

No responses of Kerry mentioned.

In return , the US Pres lands in New Delhi tomorrow as the Chief Guest.

What does this show ?

.
Pakistan needs not to resume dialogue with india, what do they stand to gain? Exactly makes no difference either way. Kashmir remains 'work in progress'. The one and only 'avenue' Pakistan should look to explore, is globally exposing the pseudo-secular, 'largest democracy' that is india. #GharWapsi
Wont make an iota of difference regardless of what they 'expose'. India would still get the billions of dollars of investment from the globe and Indian companies would still be investing in India thereby giving revenue to GoI and even further accentuating our military, economic and technological superiority over Pakistan.

.
So what's a 4 trillion purchase party?... Sounds fun. What were you saying about universities?!.

I guess he wants to say GDP by purchasing power parity, and it is not $4 trillion, but $7 trillion

.
Pakistan must first decide whether it wants to talk to the government of the Republic of India or to the lame duck Hurriyat in Kashmir which has almost zero credibility.

So Indian Forces are committing aggression against Pakistan by violating the ceasefire? NOPE! It's Pakistan's Establishment that's violating the ceasefire by providing covering fire for infiltrating terrorists into J&K to which Indian Forces respond. So who's violating the ceasefire? You don't need to be a rocket scientist to figure that out.

Can't the Pakistanis see that? It's clear as day. And the U.S knows it. Obama in a recent interview to 'India Today' has asked Pakistan to shut down its terror factories and stop exporting terror to other countries. Well, that's going to be a tough one as it is Pakistan's largest export industry!!

British authorities already warned India that the biggest threat India should focus on is ISIS

Britain warns India of possible terror attack by ISIS

British officials have conveyed this to their Indian counterparts at the India-UK counterterrorism joint working group meeting held in London on January 15-16.

"We have asked Britain to be alert about possible attack by Lashkar-e-Taiba there. Britain in turn has warned us that an attack by ISIS could take place in India," an official said.

A Bangalore-based executive was also arrested last month for operating a pro-ISIS Twitter handle to propagate the ideology of the Middle-East terrorist group.

A US-returned engineer, on way to join ISIS, arrested in Hyderabad two days ago.

British and US must be thinking same on India terorrisms and homegrown terrorists AND Pakistan has enough evidences. :disagree:

.
Another small scale war should calm both the countries down for sometime. Specially in modi's tenure it is very likely to happen.

.
For regional peace, US needs to stop distributing billions of dollars to Pakistan.

Let them finally make the choice all responsible countries have made for centuries- that between Guns and Butter. Pakistan never has to make this choice because of all the aid it gets.

Why should US, stop investing in their own interests if we are unable to protect our interest? And to be honest, they will not stop. What needs to be changed is the mindset of people in government of India. Hopefully Doval and company has found some ways.

Actually it's close to $7.3 trillion and nominal $2 trillion and not $2.5 trillion.

I guess he wants to say GDP by purchasing power parity, and it is not $4 trillion, but $7 trillion

That would help government to declare India a Hindu state, as most of the terrorist are Muslims, if we go according to your blame that India is also responsible for terrorism.

What is RSS made of? Muslims?

You sound tired. Hop, skip and jump into bed. Sleep. I mean your discourse is making a mockery of my language.

. . . .
How is anyone expected to discuss an issue/topic with an individual, whom fails to grasp the basics of the english language.

In relation to your previous post, whether the US goes after RSS or not, isn't the point. The point being, there are countless indian-sponsored-terrorists roaming free in Pakistan, mind you that is before, drones hit them in North-Waziristan.

If you don't want to discuss, then don't quote :meeting:
