Who keeps failing? The Allahabad court gave a verdict in favor of the Hindus. The case was pushed forward to the SC only because the Hindus want the whole site accorded to them. We have a Hindu nationalist govt at the helm of affairs in Delhi. We have Hindu nationalists Historians given the responsibility to research and rectify our history books. We have PMO's office established in Varanasi to reclaim its old glory. So who is failing here?

This is a lie, the archaeological survey of India and many intellects including those from the major univeristies in India have stated that there is no evidence to support the theory a temple was on this spot. I remember the rebuilding of the Somnath Temple (after 17 destructions if I am not wrong). It was inaugurated by the President Rajendra Prasad. It was even blessed by Gandhi and Patel. After they died the responsibility fell on the shoulders of KM Munshi. Only one group was against it - that of Nehru. His reasoning is the same as that we see here. Prasad however went ahead with the building regardless and stated in defiance - "The Somnath temple signifies that the power of reconstruction is always greater than the power of destruction."

Today the temple is one of the most important tourist attractions that has generated many times its contruction cost over the years.

So bottomline is this - The Ram Temple will eventually be built, once the final legal battles are concluded, and from the humble donations of the faithful.
