For what?? It is fake obviously look at our region everything is being faked against us just take a stroll through this forum to know that. I am not the biggest fan of the smaller GCC states however once the GCC union is complete we will be able to have a stronger control over them. I mean for God's sakes after we kicked the US troops because we refused to have anything to do with the operations in Iraq in 2003 their Plan B was Qatar and he took them in not against Iran but actually to protect himself from KSA why do you think all this Qatari stronger than thou attitude is coming from??

Exactly. but the union will Never work. Never. You dont know power my friend, have you heard the saying"drunk with power". people simply just dont hand over power, these little back stabers that surround us know that like you said a union meaning handing over power to Riyadh. So we should continue what Abdullazez started, but wait for the right moment to unify the Arabian peninsula under Madenah and be the new rulers of the ME. but it wont happen untill Americans leave the region which will happen five years from now when the dollar collapses and their economy is destoyed.IMO

Unions cannot be formed from non-representative govt., if you look at the EU example. First there has to be a mature democracy, then people can decide over many years what they want to do with their future. Taking over little gulf countries by Saudi Arabia is one option, but that will be annexation of smaller states by a larger state. Annexation can have later blow backs, as the people in some little country may not want to be annexed by force. So going the union route is more stable, in the long term.

I find it bizarre in the extreme that a few families can hold the world to ransom and encourage terrorism everywhere
