Putin to Tighten ‘Military Grip’ on Syria

I was in Syria during Assad's rule and it was fine

Erdogan had to carry out America's plans, he's just another bitch of NATO, speeches mean nothing

A Lebanese bud told me prior to 2011 if you left the door open in Syria you had no worries someone was robbing you eventhough it was still poor

Meet them for what, you won't get a genuine conversation just political statements diplomatic bs

I'd meet a donkey keeper before either of them

If I was the inner circle I would rather meet the intelligence chiefs or folks running the inner security or diplomatic circuit

It was safe, people were working and happy and alive.

They happened to be allied with Russians/Soviets like Saddam was, thus the US came to spread destruction. Erdogan was just the neighboring donkey that let the white man spread chaos.

Exactly it wasn't perfect but tolerable to live almost every Syrian or Iraqi will tell you.the same we were poor, but at least contented and stable

The problem with Syrian conflict is outsiders make it seem its war between Assadists, and Syrian rebels when its actually a proxy conflict between Various World and regional powers

Goodluck having people admit this truth though

It's long forgotten, easy to deny and deflect. Another victory for the west, Turkey is just operating where the US chooses to spread chaos. And then erdogan presents himself as defender on Muslims and as have some people, mainly Palestinians jumping around lol

Only difference is that Syria is rapidly becoming a frozen conflict and Libya is becoming the new game on the end as far as Syria goes compared to Iraq it was saved from the silver bullet but at cost of stability and prosperity And Erdogan like past Muslim leaders are just pawns of various regional and world powers PDF fanboys can claim that Assad is puppet of the Russians Iranians etc at least he is honest about the current predicament unlike Erdogan pretending to be leader of the Muslim world

.
The Syrian conflict would've been nothing but some riots if Turkey and Jordan had not been America's pawns. Let's not forget the GCC they were onboard as well

Gulf Arabs only switched in 2017/2018 after getting into conflict with Sultan

Ur arab countries are one way another fcked up because ur countries dont have the foundations to be successful, nato intervention or not, ur futureless shitholes need reforms otherwise u wont advance and as things stand u dont, oil money could only bring stability to some point but now even that is vanishing.

The protests in 2011 started because ur poor and unable to move forward and nowadays these protests have been
suppressed but the reason for these protest remains.

Is that why security personnel (of a state) stops your car, and asks are you with us or not? Al Muhkhabarat is known to vaporize people in Syria. Who are you fooling? I was in Syria in both, under Assad rule, and during the protests and clashes. Or better what you know?

Posting unreliable information is an issue. However, it is possible that the user did not realize he/she was quoting from a fake source. We cant really blame moderators as thousands of posts daily are shared on the forum. Many of these guys have stuff to do besides moderating. I believe the best practice is that forum members who post on the Middle East should themselves bust propaganda sources. :-)

The Assad regime enacted a law in 2018, requiring civilians (forcibly displaced) to declare their immovable property within 30 days. The law resulted in the seizure of millions of people's properties whose seeing as enemy by regime.

If you think that Syrians will forgot everything that they have been sentenced to live in tents in the Idlib countryside after being exiled with buses from the land where they lived for centuries, or those have to feed their children with grass in the hunger blockades , or the children who living in the orphanage after losing everything (if they were lucky)... You have not yet learned anything from the Syrian civil war.

If the brainwashed sectarian terrorists from Pakistan, Afghanistan, Lebanon, Tajikistan and Iran think that they can kill or exile millions of Syrians and can settle to their homes forever, they are also wrong ...

If Acem politicians thinks that they can use so-called anti Israel politics and managing tension as a political/ideological leverage, and they thinks that finally found shia crescent while sitting on the lap of the biggest Muslim massacre country in history, they will soon realize that what was wrong.

Russia trying to take Syria completely. It increases its real estate presence in Syria in a way that includes military instrumentation. It strengthens its control over minerals and natural resources. They sits at the table with other countries and negotiates on behalf of Syria within its own interest. However, some of our naive friends here probably do not know much about Russian history.

Sir,

I understand what you are saying. By the way, I completely support Ankara's actions in Syria. Are there chances that Turkey will expand beyond Idlib ?

Did I ever say Syria's regime was democratic, not authoritarian or soft? It's a ba'athist regime, they do not tolerate any opposition and are willing to burn it alive. We all know that, Turkey knew that, the US knew it. Yet they all decided it was worth it, the damage was worth attempting to remove him.

Anyways talking about peace, look at the land of the free America today tolerating opposition lol. The pentagon is almost ready to send in the army to **** up those that stand in the way.

Arabs are better off under Baathist regimes not democracy the monarchs in the Gulf are lucky to have oil,Jordan and Egypt are poodles of the US security establishment so no threat but Baathist be it Iraqi or Syrian were always a threat cause of its prime militarism and unified political front

And before someone says Baathists were anti religion they purged Atheists Communists in their prime tho secularism was paramount funny the Turks pride so much on Kemal Ataturk on the same thing yet criticize the Arabs for being "undemocratic"

And, this is exactly what's happening in Syria. Don't blame other governments or people for your ills. Turkey is doing a great job, standing by the people.

Neighbors of Syria have been fueling the war since 2011, without them there would be no war. You should've not done what the white man told you to do.
