1) Capitulation, calling the election date with no conditions?
Answer: chances are next to none
2) Dharna for months in islamabad
Answer: most likely, stalemate yes
3) Bloody fight
Answer: Not possible, political suicide and no way out of it

Whats the likely option I would say stalemate.

A million people or more in Islamabad may bring the capital to a halt, this needs to happen across all the countries key cities with millions on the streets, only then when these rich corrupt crooks will start to feel the pain when they start to lose out personally. They will then want strong assurances they wont be prosecuted etc even after NRO2. IK will need to meet the crooks half way to allow for early elections. The other possibility IMO is imposition of Martial law.

As it is said, journey is the 'destination'.

The election date, winning the elections and becoming the PM is not the final destination.

As IK has said, it's an ongoing and continuous process.

The change can be seen in the hearts and minds of people, a sea change. The resulting change in the system comes later.

I agree, million people will have a profound effect... Secondly, today PDM media unleased violence prone press conferences, sounds like bloody thugs, what a sad situation in Pakistan. This is what Bajwa let Pakistan have? Thats what the people of Pakistan deserved. Shame on Bajwa, utterly disappointed.

The political sands have shifted. The dharna won’t just stay in Islamabad. Pindi is not so far away.

There are only three options at this point…
1) early elections called
2) martial law
3) Sri Lanka model

In 3), things remain to be seen whether it gets violent and whether protesters just overrun civilian institutions or the non civilian ones too.

There is zero chance that IK goes to Islamabad and returns empty. That would be political suicide for him. And he has a lot of cards to play
