I read Quran and Sunnah Kafirs are every one who deny the truth of Islam for Christians and Jews ALLAH has mostly used the world Ahle Kitab but in the Quran at few places ALLAH has used the term kafir for them to that is the only difference some people try to make yes mostly the word Ahle Kitab is used but at some places kafir is used for Jews and Christians and also other religions.
