Project Launched to Bring $50 Billion through Tourism every Year

sir dubai / las vegas /bahrain / main konsa uniqueness of culture, architecture, nature, landscape hai ?
Irony is lost when you don't even read your own reply...
Each one of these is unique and has a "niche"...

All three locations have their own distinction and I'd be loathe to go in greater detail of each... even the ones you noted Bahrain is an outlier(mostly Arab tourists and the number doesn't even cross 4 million a year for a country with oil wealth and huge third world labor).

I have been to Dubai a few times and among the attractions they peddle is a desert safari(I wonder why)... but it's biggest draw is from two distinct locations quite visibly... one in awe of its boisterous architecture/lifestyle and the other seeking sun and sand...

Vegas peddled for casinos is "The defecto destination for business conventions, conferences and trade shows in the U.S.", further the setting and it's details are long enough to open another thread.

I see the attraction in concluding the obvious but one must scratch the surface for an enlightened discourse.

I hope, I tackled your main query and not a parallel tangent.

I hope friends and investors are proud of the PM for this ingenious approach.

When I visited Georgia, I saw tons of wealthy Middle Easterners exploring the mountains, skiing and and hiking. No reason why Pakistan's northern areas can't serve as an equally attractive alternative. The beauty is there but the facilities and law and order situation need to be tightened

Our tourism should be aimed at the Middle East, Asia and South America. There is a lot of potential for tourists from the region and particularly Islamic nations. Think of Malaysia, Indonesia, Turkey etc.

The Western world is deep in bed with India. They will never promote Pakistan in a positive light. Just have a good look at Western travel advisory.
Countries tourism depends on the neighbor countries, Pakistan is not like switzerland tucked in the center of europe, and most of the tourists are from neighboring countries.

Can Pakistan gets tourists from Afghanistan, Iran, India, China, and some car's countries.

All these mountains are there in EU and canada, US.

Warm Sunny beaches can bring in tourists in winters from EU and canada.

And just a small numbers of adventure tourists from all over the world.

Local tourism is booming...no doubt.

So PM IK giving switzerland example is not valid. Do not have the region and neighbors.

To answer your question, the only tourism we will get from Afghanistan is terrorism and refugees. India also falls in the terror bracket.

Iran, Russia, China, ME, East Asian and many Islamic nations are definitely on the list of potential tourists. Unfortunately, our libtard brigade only focuses on white tourists. Tourists from Western nations is not going to be a success. The Western governments don't and won't promote Pakistan as a tourist spot. Besides decades of vilification and negative projection by Western governments has destroyed Pak perception. You cannot change that overnight. We all know the reasons why Western governments and media have deliberately distorted Pak image. It is better to have realistic targets. Our tourism goal should be to target tourists in friendly and neutral countries.

Of course Pak should build good quality infrastructure to accommodate tourism. One more advice, don't put all your eggs in one basket. Whilst Pakistan has huge tourism potential it also needs to invest in other sectors to uplift the economy.

Pakistan is going to face security challanges after the US and NATO move out of Afghanistan. We need to be fully focused on dealing with these challanges. More than tourism the goal should be to provide China a safe passage to Afghanistan. Once Afghanistan is secured you can achieve anything and anything.

Well, why dont we try to make Gwadar the «next Dubai». The potential is there.

100% the potential is there. We should have done this already but corruption and lack of planning, lack of interest never let's us progress, then the secularist end up blaming the molvis.

Gwadar should be made in to special territory, anyone who enters needs to pay a fee or a pass should be made. It should be a economy and tourist hotbed, own airport is needed so tourist can use it, from Gwadar people can travel elsewhere but only with official tour guides who are trained, they can do activities up north, or visit Punjab and elsewhere, Squba diving, boat riding, Fishing is a big activity, you can also hire foreign companies, the tourist feel much safer.

If the holiday package is decent price, and local prices are affordable then tourist will definitely visit. People don't realise the beauty of Pakistan, but if there is corruption, no safety, no facilities then why should the tourist take the risk.
