Also,the answer for his question is zero,we are yet to see an assembled Taimur SLV in launchpad or a stage of it or one of its engines in testing..Also it would need may advanced facilities to test those..

Pakistan's SLV program was frozen in ~2005 (priorities? ). It has been restarted, and we might see something concrete in 3-4 years.
