1. Fish and Prawns...I only once ate Lobster and it tastes like Chicken but much better.
2. Lamb...Nothing beats just Salt BBQed dumba from Charsi Peshawar.
3. Beef...Good old Stakes, Roasts and a well made - juicy beef Sindhi Biryani
4. Chicken...any which way, chicken is easy.

I always want to try some Indian beef I heard it’s tasty. Hoping next time I visit back home they’ll be Indian beef available to buy. If not might have to go India to try some beef biryani. But where would it be safe from Modi’s hindutva extremists though? Can Indian Muslims and and Christians and beef eatings even eat beef anywhere in India? Heard lot about Hyderabadi biryani seeing on youtube, would like to try the beef version though..

Kerala is the safest place to have beef in India, it has no beef ban.
Indians do sell and export buffelo meat and it's available in the Middle East. Nothing special about it.
Hyderabadi biryani tastes good but it's overrated. If you are from Karachi you'll know the taste of Hyderabadi cuisine well for its excessive use of plums, curry leaves, peanuts, sesame, poppy seed, tamarind and coconut.
Personally I love the Hyderabadi 'kache gosht ki biryani. Try that some time.

Come visit us in the NE with proper visa, unlike the miserly BD beef portions(one piece per plate), people here are privileged to eat to their heart's content.
