Thinking that India will BE developed before 2030 is an overestimate of India's Economy.....similarly one can not assume Pakistan will be developed before 2050....

both countries will not be developed until all problems are solved cos the funds needed for the population will be used for military spending. you dont become a developed country just by having all the military might if your people have no means of living a decent life. but the good thing is if ever both become developed nation then both will hesitate to have a war cos it will destroy all the development.

it all depends on the atitude of population in regarding india nobodys is interested in ind v/s pakistan (accept we some on pdf).everybody wants to grow.the way development is happening in india and it continue like or increases more than to me 2030 could be possible.but than even political stability needs to be there.pm like manmoahn singh should be in the office for atleast next 10 yrs not less(who till today brought his lunch with him )

Tier I/II and even III cities in China look better than many developed countries, people in the countryside are prosperous.

We did this in less than 30 years, you can do it 30-40, so 2020-30 is possible

the way the things are going 2020 is possible ,but probably it will take a little more than 2020 but definitly before 2030.

If the Taliban problem is evaded as the Pakistani army is working,it will b helpful to Pakistan.

well, being a developed country means to be like Europe, Japan, the US, canada, australia etc. dont you think it is too soon for these 2 countries to talk about being developed nations even in 2050? you can say they will be having progress in the future, but being developed is something a real real real long shot.
