PN to acquire twin engine jet aircraft - Tender

.
600KM - Radius.

Im not sure if that is for 7300E. The 320nmi (600km) range is listed in some papers as 600km radius but that is the stated range of the 7500E. While the 7000E is listed as 200nmi (370km). My suspicion is the 7300E is somewhere in the middle.

The range I have stated up is for 7300E, not the 7500. And I am not quoting a paper here.

Wow. Thats Gr8. Longer than ZDK 3s
2 different types of systems. ZDK 3 is primarily an AEW radar with secondary surface detection capabilities.
Seaspray is optimized for "look down" scans and to deal with maritime background clutter.

The PN said it wants an LRMPA in the jet tender, but it hasn't released an integration tender yet (I'm guessing it'll come after they secure the aircraft). In all likelihood, integration work will probably go to RAS in Germany.
PN should involve PAC especially since PAC gained valuable experience integrating systems in the Erieye revival.

Agreed. The more work we do in-house, the more of the design and integration process we own. If the subsystem vendors are willing, we can remarket the LRMPA to third party buyers. Sure, the net benefit of each plane to us may stick to $50-60 m (everything is COTS), but a hefty pipeline of 20 planes could mean $1bn. And if we develop enough expertise on the core platform, we can go a step further and develop bespoke AEW&C and EW/EA using a mix of COTS and in-house tech.

P3 are not going any wager for. Ext 2 decades unless getting support from US is an issue pn may start small with some try and error to develop its customised long range mpa as replacement but what is the source for it I mean how do we k ow this is for lrmpa? May be just transport ?

It shared engine with c-130 and pac is overhauling engines as well

Lockheed Martin offers a P-3 Mid-Life Upgrade (MLU) programme to extend the aircraft’s service life by 20 to 25 years.

We know it's for an LRMPA because the PN's tender literally says it's for an LRMPA:

May Be PN should go for this

new GlobalEye, the latest electronic war plane developed by Saab

The plane itself is a Bombardier Global business jet, but Swedish defense company Saab has equipped it with an Erieye ER radar. That's the 26-foot-long, 1.1-ton “handle” on the top of the plan
