Coming back to your olive branch and traditional lip service that political leaders provide, India's prerequisite was quite simple, No talks without an end to terror activity; if anything Pakistan doubled it's efforts in fomenting infiltration across the border as soon a Modi was elected and undercut the shariff government. There is no value when the actual rulers of Pakistan are not interested in peace with India. That is what your state has displayed over the years, whether it was Kargil during Vajpayee's peace initiatives, 26/11 and spate of bombings across India during MM. Sings peace initiatives, or Pathankot during Modi -Sharif's thawing of Indo-Pak relations. As I have maintained there is no need for India to try and mend anything with Pakistan in this atmosphere, there is no incentive for peace right now.
