PM Modi Praises UAE For Kashmir Investments

International investors dont go where your own investors failld to invest..Indias claim remains unaffected at UN even if you grow money on trees there.
There have been many domestic companies investing in J&K, its just 2 years since 370 got junked allowing companies to invest there, both Jammu and Srinagar are getting their Metro trains lines within a few years and J&K is already connected with Train-18 Semi-High Speed Rail with 180km/hr speeds.

Apart from that GoI is making a 2 million sq. ft. IT Hub in J&K along with 4 innovation hubs as well.

Things will take time but will gradually improve. $4 billion worth of real-estate investments have already been proposed a few weeks back.

That was till now because of laws like Art 370 which created hindrance like land acquisition to bringing in private investment to the region. Now as those laws are done away with over time more and more investment would start coming in.

You cant do anything if the hindu haters scare away pandits like what happened in past... uae is just putting some dollars in trash bin to get other favors from modi...

No,if you leave them then they will have a normal life and make their future better.
Kashmirs geography is against india. Infact indias whole geography is against itself.. a chicken neck there and the whole disputed northern belt.. then you have a a neighbor in west that comes in way of all energy supply. A nation with weak center awith states popping out every once in a while. And kashmiris have always been rebellious even prior 47 throughout dogra rule. India has so far failed to solve the puzzle and blamed the usual suspect.

They’re investing those $75 bn in India’s infrastructure, how do you think we’re building so many expensive infra projects in India? They’ve committed another $100 bn for the $2 tn National Infrastructure Pipeline with the signing of the Free Trade Agreement. And the Saudi refinery project is not scrapped its just that its facing delays due to land acquisition issues.

No they are not. Those were just MOUs without any meaningful implementation. Similar deals have been signed with Pakistan over the years but mostly, those deals remained on paper only just like Saudia announced $10 billion oil refinary project in Gawader during MBS visit to Islamabad in 2019.

It didn’t work out in Pakistan doesn’t mean it isn’t happening in India, the whole National Infrastructure Pipeline runs on investments, both domestic, foreign and government. And the refinery is delayed but not scrapped.

Can you please mind sharing some credible source links to prove your points where UAE's explicit investment money is being used in some big indian infrastructure project in the last 2-3 years or so ?
