PM Imran live address to the nation on banned TLP issue

What has state anything to do with who is Muslim and who is not? State constitution clearly gives complete freedom of religion to all its citizens. It cannot single out Ahmadis.
The state provides religious freedom for all religions.
Mirzais erroneously claim to be Muslim, if they would claim to be any other religion they would not be singled out.
If Mirzais claimed that they were Hindu the state of Pakistan would not have an opinion, the Hindu scholars may or may not accept them as Hindus.
Then in India I'm certain the state would not recognise them as Hindus.

.
The objective resolution provides an insight in the thinking of the Pakistani state. It is different from all other Muslim states and is consistent with the fact that Pakistan was born out of the 2 nation theory and was stated to be a homeland for Muslims. Therefore theological issues will have greater resonance in Pakistan.

Yeah I know what's written but you totally ignore the 2nd one? let me share

View attachment 735696

Protest started 12 april why and today is 20th of april. But because media is known to twist the facts to suit their rating needs and no one can ask question or put ban on media on this because azadi -e- rai ko khatra hojata hie.

You asked me where its written and highlighted it (I didnt ignored 2nd contract at all).

Protest started from 12th because Saad Rizvi was arrested.

NOTE: I am not saying that TLP's way to protest is legit, in fact I said the otherwise in my first post.

Hahahaha. Read the first page of constitution. It says freedom of religion for all citizens not freedom of all religions.
Mirzais erroneously claim to be Muslim
Even so, how did State get the power to decide upon this error in constitution? Religions come from God, and he alone can decide matters of faith, not the State

Marzais can claim whatever they want. Why is State of Pakistan involving itself into what Marzais are calling themselves? Haven't constitution already decreed freedom of religion, belief and expression for all its citizens? Then why put a Qadiani clause in there?

Were the police trying to kill them unlawfully when they were abducted? How will I know?
That's what the courts are for.

This is a ridiculous excuse - if this argument is allowed, every dacoit, murderer, rapist, terrorist or militant will justify attacks on security forces (when subjected to arrests or raids) under the pretext of 'we thought security forces were trying to kill us unlawfully'.

The State and ONLY the State has a monopoly on violence. The police may not have a good reputation, but the answer is not to take the law into your own hands.

TLP actions have absolutely NO justification.

Again, for the nth time, it's not the problem of State what its citizens are calling themselves. In US there are religious freaks who worship aliens, UFOs and what not. If US constitution started to declare them all morons one by one by name, how would their constitution look like today?

Read objectives resolution here. It is part of constitution of Pakistan. First page exactly. It gives and protect freedom of speech, expression, religion, belief to all Pakistanis.
The State and ONLY the State has a monopoly on violence.
Pakistanis at large have no concept of this Western idea. Even armed forces of Pakistan are big fond of using proxies and non state actors for violence, instead of taking this responsibility upon themselves.

State is responsible to stop the fitna spreading among it's people ...declaring qadianis non muslim does not stop state to progress or invest in education health and other things ..
Your pain for declaring them non muslim is quite obvious ...any one doesn't believe on finality of Prophet Muhammad PBUH is not muslim..it's quite establish and there is complete consensus among all muslims of world on it

These are emotional. People who are just in their protest but few people misused protest for their own agendas and foreign involvement made things worse. Brute force used by police unnecessarily and unexpected powerful retaliation by TLP was icing on the cake.

Really? So what's stopping Pakistani lawmakers from declaring TTP, TLP and other fitna outfits as Kafir organizations in constitution? We have fitna of TLP almost each year and there is no one declaring them Kafir in constitution. Makes sense? No?
Your pain for declaring them non muslim is quite obvious
Of course. It pains me what kind of idiot lawmakers we had in 1974 who fell for this trap laid out by rabid Mullahs. Little did they know what pandering to Mullahs would mean for the future of Pakistan.
any one doesn't believe on finality of Prophet Muhammad PBUH is not muslim..it's quite establish and there is complete consensus among all muslims of world on it
Yes and so? There is complete consensus on many matters of faith. Make them all part of constitution? Country's constitution is not a religious document. It's a document of extreme national importance. Rabid Mullahs turned it into their holy religious scripture.

everything else aside, if Ahmadis claimed to be Hindus, the state would actually love to recognise them as such. Hinduism doesn't have any requirements for who's Hindu or not.
Not recognization Vedas, any epics or anything. a RSS member of Kerala is actually very anti-Vedic and thinks Vedas are useless. this opinion is shared by many Hindus. you can also find many Hindu atheists. and RSS only wants to increase the fold of Hinduism, from all kinds of animistic worship of various tribes, various traditions, general Vedic groups like Arya Samaj, followers of various saints to organized Maths of Northern India and much more.
RSS and BJP would love if one more group self identified as Hindu, regardless of their beliefs, as long as they recognise India as their homeland. possibly organizations like Hindu Mahasabha or Bajrang Dal can have problems, but they don't have much influence.

The difference being, I would only advocate their civility and never their improper behavior.

And it doesn't matter a wee bit to me when French destroy French property; on the contrary it pains me deeply when Pakistanis destroy property belonging to Pakistanis.

Lol....so now I am out of the fold of Islam for being brutally honest? Come on man, keep it real.

Seriously, I do consider ourselves immoral, backwards, uneducated, unethical, illiterate and overall bad humans. Compare us to any of the Christian 1st world countries, compare us to even non-Christian countries such as Japan and you will find us to be all that I have described us to be. We are using Islam and religion as a weapon for political and/or financial gains. We are willing to kill in the name of Islam but are not willing to live as per Islam. We are divided and in bad shape, we have no common ground and we are willing to kill each other based on sect, region and or political affiliation. Introspect will lead you to the truth as well.

Self deprecation and conflation with defeatist attitudes led by foreign ideals based essentially on optics... of course you wouldn't see what hit you! But you still get rolled under just like the rest...

Understand 1st world and you'll know what to do... optics betray reality and keep masses guessing.

The biggest crime if I would point towards is Pakistan's inability to "educate" it's masses and open their eyes to true Islam. One that was possible after "independence" and You'd have had at least two generations of learned people. The work sadly hasn't even begun... superstitions of yore run the roost... people cash faith for worldly and short term benefit.
So yes introspection is the correct call.

I expect a Libya at this rate - hopefully the middle class and the non-elite elements of the state machinery wake up to some introspection before it’s too late.

Unfortunately, part of this Pakistan is the foolish and idiotic narrative built around misunderstood and misinterpreted religious dogma on Pakistan being created on holiest of Islamic dates in 27th Ramadan.

Pakistanis seem to think they can get away with every sin possible like a modern day Bani-Israel because they are god’s chosen people - abusing religion for their own barbaric intolerance or corruption and not understanding that maybe the significance of that day is more akin to the Camel sent to the people of Prophet Salih and the people of Thamud. After requesting a miracle a pregnant camel emerged from the rock with guidance to care and nurture her, let her have her days of fill and in turn she would feed the entire nation with bounty. However, most of the elite could not tolerate this usurping of the system and plotted to have charged young men hamstring and kill her. The result was that the Thamud were destroyed with a devastating earthquake.

The she-camel has been neglected, abused and exploited by the elite - and charged ignorant young men now hamstring her life and limb. The earthquake is coming..
Amazing knowledge. can you kindly provide link to this incident of Thamud? yes it's time to stop corruption and people in power should care about average but unfortunately we are on the verge of collapse!

Totally agree. We lost the prime of opportunities and now we are in a state where I have no idea how things will get better, Ignorance is rampant; and leaders of the deliberately kept ignorant are the kings in Pakistan.
