Article 370 is in kashmir because India wills it there!!, similar provision has been provided to number of other Indian states like Himachal Pradesh, Arunachal Pradesh, Andaman & Nicobar Islands and Nagaland.

These measures are taken to protect the diversity of these state, however if such were to become counterproductive, don't think, these resolutions can not be amended and don't for moment think it is done to appease any traitorous scum.
