we produce only 50% of the world,but consume. near 60%.we import from many countries.

If you do produce 50% (.. you've cited no source!), then why do you care where you buy the remaining 10% ... the cheaper the better .. no?

You would like to buy the remaining 10% ... at as low prices .. or as high prices?

You mean to say, china is happy if Indian manufacturers raise the prices .. they shouldn't sell "too cheaply" in china !!! Funny logic
