I Didn't had any clue that Sharif family had such relations with the Qatari prince. I hope the prince is not just bailing him out in exchange of a favor. If it is claimed that this gift was given in 2005 or around that time, through which the flats were bought. The opposition needs to only proof that the flats were bought earlier and NS will either be disqualified on money laundering or lying on the floor of the parliament. Though there are documents of mortgage against the subject property earlier than 2005 on which they arranged a loan.

If they backtrack from the earlier statement and say we got it in 90's they need to again proof the source of funds and the PM can be disqualified for lying firstly and secondly on corruption and money laundering.

There can be brought a third aspect of the companies owned by MNS and being under the sponsorship of his father. Which will again lead to the question of source of funds and how they were transferred.

Exactly what the court directed Sharifs to produce but they presented this letter. Problem with sharifs is that they don't have any legal trail to produce before the court, for them this letter is enough to asnwer all the questions.

Why should court ask PTI for evidence? PTI is not the investigating agency, neither it was PTIs money that was laundered out but the nation's. It's so silly reading these posts where the court is asking PTI for "evidence". It's like catching a robber or thief and when he is in court, the court summons those who caught him during the act to submit "evidence" of his actions. This whole logic is so shameful and absurd that anyone with iq above 80 should be able to understand that it's Sharifs that must show their money as clean and not PTI or any other party.

Again why should opposition prove anything? It's not oppositions money that was laundered but nations when Nawaz was PM back in the 90s. Panama documents clearly show when the flats were bought. Now it's on Nawaz to prove that those panama papers are fake. If panama papers are correct then Nawaz is caught for laundering money. Case over. If panama papers are lying then court will ask the firm to prove it.

We do not need investigations from other countries. All NS has to do is to prove panama papers are wrong. And then he will come out clean. Since he hasn't denied the leaks it means he is lying about money trail.

In 80s it was illegal to transfer money abroad unless it was okayed by the government of Pakistan. Ex-finance minister from that era just confirmed that yesterday. Furthermore the so called evidence by Nawaz is contradictory to panama papers as it shows the flats were bought in 2006 while panama leaks say they were bought in 90s
