یکسپریس نیوز کے مطابق پاناما کیس میں ناقص کارکردگی پر تحریک انصاف نے عدالت میں وکیل حامد خان کو وکالت سے ہٹانے کا فیصلہ کیا ہے، پارٹی زرائع کا کہنا ہے کہ حامد خان کو ہٹانے کا فیصلہ چیئرمین عمران خان نے کیا کیونکہ ان کی ناقص اور غیر تسلی بخش کارکردگی کے باعث عدالت میں سینئیر قیادت اور چئیرمین تحریک انصاف کو شرمندگی اٹھانا پڑی، جو تیاری اور شواہد موجود تھے انہیں اس طرح نہیں پیش کیا گیا جس طرح سے چئیرمین نے ہدایات جاری کی تھیں۔



زرائع کا کہنا ہے کہ حامد خان تحریک انصاف کی لیگل ٹیم کا شاید حصہ رہیں لیکن انہیں کلیدی کردار حاصل نہیں ہوگا۔ پاناما کیس میں عدالت میں تحریک انصاف کی نمائندگی کے لیے پارٹی کی لیگل ٹیم میں موجود بابر اعوان اور نعیم بخاری سمیت دیگر قانون دان کے ناموں پر غور کیا جارہا ہے۔

Sheikh Rashid has gone too... So it seems, they have gone for the documents... If it was related to PTI only, like in next elections...why would Sheikh Rashid go? Most channels are saying tht Imran khan is going for the documents, of those flats..to have thos saboot....... some even say, hes had some sort of access to them..Dont know, how true it is?

Hamid Khan did a mistake,
Judges already noticed & point out contradictions in PM parliament statement & Hamid Khan wasted 1 hour in reading PM speeches. In my opinion he should've asked for money trail corroborating to Qatar prince letter, alone letter is worth nothing.This move would've shifted onus back on Shareef family.

One more thing we are slowly forgetting. It's not about Hussain Nawaz and Hasan Nawaz. It's about Nawaz Sharif and Shahzadi sahiba.

PTI and court is still revolving around HUssain and Hasan. There is no mention of Nawaz and they are trying to get the name of Shahzadi out through fake documents and false declarations.

I hope IK get something about Shahzadi that ends her political career forever... in shaa Allah.

I think IK has gone to London to claim those important documents and evidences against those 4 flats with these four points in mind:

1. The date, month & year the flats were purchased in London. And what documentation London Authorities have on it.
2. The total value of these 4 flats because this question was raised by the Honorable CJ.
3. What is the money trail i.e; In which Bank the money was transacted and in which account number. and in which date, month & year the money was transacted in that account.
4. What was the source of income Sharifs declared in London before buying those flats.

One blunder was done by Hamid Khan and the other blunder was done by Akram Sheikh by submitting that Qatari letter. Keeping in view the above 4 points. This Qatari letter will have serious consequences for NS if Imran comes up with some hardcore evidence from London.

True... PTI and court needs to refocus more on shahzadi and Nawaz... Although the focus was on nawaz too, in last hearing as hamid khan read PM speeches in court..plus Judges hinted of document, which shows, Maryam as the owner.... I think PTI must concentrate on what Justice .azmat Saeed tried to hint, tht bring out those two documents, from Nawaz documents, which shows Maryam as the owner.. But right now, i am seeing no signs tht PTI has taken the hint... As far as i know, even babar awan didnt mention, or say anything abt those documents in his tv programs yesterday....or did he?

Plus, there was a ticker running on neo news right, quoting zarai....tht PTI has contacted Aitezaz Ahsan for legal advice.... Not abt taking him in their legal team, but only for legal advice right now... Aitezaz has said, tht apart from saboot, this case needs to be fought with better arguments.. So PTi is seeking his advice on arguments...... Lets see, if PTi formally takes him in their legal team or not? But this was reported by Neo news... Dont know abt the authenticity

Even Babar Awan, in PTI legal team belongs to PPP... Plus Aitezaz is not tht close to Zardari... Even in judges restoration time, he took a stance different from tht of PPP.... So Aitezaz can take an independent position too... If he fights and wins this case, it will help Aitezaz politically a lot... Plus right now, he is very much against PML n and closer to PTI

Aitezaz is an intellectual don't know what made him stick to PPP even when he was humiliated by Zardari by sidelining. However, currently he is very much close to Bilawal Zardari, and that kid doesn't seem interested in breaking the status quo.

Nops. He has been removed from the case today by Imran Khan. Khan was not happy with him, this is why he was removed from the legal team.
