Yup.... Farogh Naseem is the best option currently... Even Aitezaz has refused..... So Farogh is the best option.... But i am sure, Imran khan will go for Babar Awan

Why do I think, tht PTI is not serious in this case? As much as Pak public is serious in this case, PTI is not much serious in winning the case legally

After listening to Aitzaz yesterday, I now think that media and us created an issue out of nothing regarding Hamid Khans way of fighting in the court. As per Aitzaz, every lawyer builds the case as per the speed that suits his strategy.

Someone else also said that PMLN wanted to remove Hamid from legal team of IK as they knew he is one hell of a lawyer and that's why they said outside of the court that Hamid Khan was representing them instead of IK. Now think for a moment, who wants to mention to the public that a lawyer of the opposition is on their side and presenting their standpoint? Of course, only those who want to remove him.

IK didn't remove him, in fact he himself resigned due to media and social media making too much fun of him. One of the reasons was the judge who deliberately made those remarks so that outside world gets the idea that PTI lawyers, specially Hamid Khan is a dumb lawyer.

If I were in his (Hamid Khan's) shoes, I would have walked out of the court and talked to media to show this judge's true face. I mean which judge says that "Tawaquaat to Aurtain Karti hain"? He is a black sheep on this current bench I am sure. He is the same judge who said that "Newspapers pe tou doosray din pakoray khaey jatey hain" and "Nawaz Shareef ki parliament speech aik siasi bayan tha".

If Hamid Khan was referring to all the newspapers, and NSs parliament speech, he was doing his task in the right manner. All of us also wanted him to raise the parliament address so that article 62 and 63 could be applied. But when Hamid Khan did exactly the same and judge said that it was a political statement from NS, we started bashing Hamid.

I am not feeling pity for him seriously.

@PakSword This is not the first time, tht Hamid khan is fighting Imran khan's case.... Do u remember in Iftikhar Ch time, Hamid khan, apologised on Imran khan's behalf, which imran khan never did? Imran khan later said, tht i never apologised and then gave a different statement in the court later... Which lawyer submits reply in the court, without consulting their client? Imran khan has lost every case in which Hamid khan was their lawyer.... Even the election rigging case was lost.... So, i dont think he is as competent a lawyer.. Hmid khan should have focussed on Nawaz sharif's speeches, but there was no need to read whole speeches, but rather quote the relevant parts, instead of wasting so much time... He didnt even bring the issue of qatari prince letter in the last hearing..
And yes , judges remarks were unreasonable too..but hamid khan is also at fault

The youthiyaa leader took the Panama leaks too seriously and eventually Nawaz will come clean on this. Once the court case is over, Nawaz can claim that he is absolutely free of any corruption. Once the verdicts is out, Nawaz can no longer be termed as corrupt. You don't do that in politics. Politics is not black and white, it's composed of shades of grey.

Only a person like Imran, who has an IQ as low as Arctic temperatures, can believe that he is going to win against his political opponent in a court rather than fighting him in an electoral process.

You are looser if you demand that the Umpire (courts or the Establishment) should remove your opponents from your way to success. Your only way of success is winning the popular vote.

You have to respect people's vote even if it is done for Qeemay wala Naans or a sack of wheat. It's hypocritical and looser attitude to seek votes on one hand and then reject people's unfavourable opinion on the other.

also, I don't think Naeem Bukhari is a good choice to lead legal team.. why has PTI chosen him? Imran khan always makes blunders at crucial times
