Sir, what's your opinion.. can PMLN pass a law to take out 62/ 63 from constitution and another law that any previously disqualified people can contest next elections? They have 221 people in National Assembly, and if they are able to get support of PPP in Senate, can they do it?

There are many ways...twitter is one of them.

true but its also true what @war&peace said. if IK says nothing or do nothing about it and more "open for business" women come out to play the same " women card " on behalf of a "mustanid jhooti" and her "papi papa" then the common people will start believing it and you know that they will.... and the more "educated" ones will argue that why IK didn't file a defamation case against her on the first place ... so giving more fuel to the thought that there might be something.....

Exactly, that's my point. Common people will start saying that there is "something" why so many women are levelling charges against him. Pakistani society is illiterate and conservative with fvcked up values and ethics. For a common Pakistani a long beard is more "islamic" than good character and speaking the truth.
So definitely IK must take her to the court to close the door for all the future false allegations.

Even if article 62/63 is taken out from constituition now, it wont have any impact on people who have already been disqualified..

But IK should nip the evil in the bud otherwise he will be in trouble. That's the most sincere advice to him. PMLN is a mafia of the worst and most degraded members. They can stoop to any depth and they have done it again and again with perfection. IF IK doesn't understand this, he does not deserve to be the leader of the nation period.

For this they'll have to bring forth an amendment in the constitution, which requires two third majority's approval from both the house separately. Law normally isn't applied retrospectively, to make NS eligible, a clear provision will also be required.

On paper PMLN with collaboration of other parties can amend the constitutions/article 62. How SC will react to the amendment, a different legal discussion.

I think it will backfire.. With such cheap tricks on IK...by PML N..i think it will invoke sympathy for IK, in SC judges.. Even today they told Akram Sheikh tht ur sole purpose is to disqualify IK... PML N by employing dirty tactics against JIT, made SC overly protective for JIT, and they defended it.. Nihal Hashmi's thrreats had opposite impact tht even ppl like J Ejaz Afzal and Sheikh Azmat saeed turned against sharif family.. I think..if by any chance Akram Sheikh mentions this,(Ayesha Gulalai) tomorrow in SC( we can expect anything from them) he wil get a shut up call from SC judges.. SC judges now, would know the idea behind all of it..
