Not a chance! When they sheepishly tried to pull a fast one by stating that visa on passport is their declaration of iqamah.

That landed them in a quagmire. They couldn't go back on their failed argument.

As per WPS law, company HAVE to deposit salary into its employees accounts, and confirmation is submitted to Ministry in Dubai. If investigated, Hussain would have been behind bars in Dubai for falsely stating that all employees of FZE were not paid - tantamount to fraud as per UAE laws.

Nawaz could have said he forgot to mention this salary on the nomination papers. It's most likely that he did forget, or he would never had this "job" in the first place. All his corrupt dealings are under his family members' names.

The world is strange and easy to conquer.

An alleged isolated country Pakistan decides on corruption. Yet we have the world celebrating Pakistan's independence from corruption.

In every language and in every quarter and in every news Pakistan is at the top Alhumdulilah.

Just shows if people of Pakistan start respecting themselves they are the trendsetters in the world in every field.

May this momentum continue and Pakistan achieves its deserved place in the world stage.

Disclaimer: Jumma Prayer Dua in local mosque right now.

Pakistan Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif on Friday resigned from his post, his office said, hours after the country's Supreme Court disqualified him over corruption claims against his family.
The Supreme Court said Sharif is not fit to hold office and ordered a criminal investigation into him and his family. The court also disqualified Finance Minister Ishaq Dar.

The Prime Minister's office said in a statement that Sharif has "stepped down" despite having "serious reservations" about the judicial process.

Sharif, 67, has always denied any wrongdoing and has dismissed the investigation into him as biased and inaccurate.

Sharif's allies have alleged there was a conspiracy to unseat him.

"This is not accountability, it is revenge," tweeted Railways Minister Khawaja Saad Rafiq hours before the verdict was announced. "In an effort to dislodge us, the democratic system has been made a target."

Sharif's two previous stints in power were also cut short, including by a military coup in 1999, but he came back from exile to win a resounding victory in the 2013 general elections.
