The defense counsel is entitled to the complete copy of the report for a valid process.

Not necessary,,, he is entitled only if it is being used as evidence but if it is not being used as evidence then not required to be submitted to the defence ...

I never said defense wasn't, did I? This argument btw is not valid in every case, some documents are only for judges' eye. Missing volume however should be made public so that no one cries discrimination.

Just like Mian Shareef's will hasn't been made public.. It was given to judges in a sealed envelop with a request that it is only for judges to examine. To date, the will has not been made public I think.

Foreign affairs office has banned usage of camera phones inside the office because the letter from our PM to UAE PM was leaked by someone.

Now hear this, the letter banning use of mobile phones has also been leaked..

The entire process, regardless of its conclusion, must be fair, and, equally importantly, be seen to be fair. Disclosing the report in its entirety is a requisite in this regard.

To answer this the JIT head (or members) will be called. This information may be in Vol.-10.

Infact..if i remember correctly..JIT ne aisa kuch kaha tu nahi tha ke jab tak hum Federal Judicial academy main hain..tab tak public na kiya jaye.. All they said ke volume 10 will be helpful in trial in future..so it shouldnt be made public..

Trial court mein case refer hoga tau trial court mein vol 10 helpful hoga na. According to Kashif Abbasi, JIT is waiting for U.K Authorities' reply to MLA request on attachment of avenfield apartment in Al Towfeeq case that's why they want this Vol to remain confidential for sometime. JIT itself stated Vol 10 contained information on MLA requests, correspondence etc etc. Trial court mein bhi ja ker reveal hona hy ab ho jai tau Kya farq perta hy?
