Guys relax ... Remember whole nation is looking at this case and this case do have political impact ... SC has to go extra mile to show they are impartial and they have rechecked the JIT report and have not belived on it with eyes closed ...
I think they have set the tone that NB and other petitioners have to extract the points within JIT report as well as other laws to convict NS ... Remember Supreme court cannot say that as childrens of PM has assets greater then means than PM is disqualify ... They have to establish that fact that as childrens have no other source of income therefore PM's hidden income is being transferred to PM ...
I wonder why NB did not mentioned Tariq Shafi and Hudibiya Paper Mill along with proof of interference in investigation so that SC could move towards disqualification ...
NB and other petitioners needs to take the case to the level where NS can be directly accused ...
Do you really think SC judges havn't read the report ... We are just enthusistic about the case and has no legal back ground but we are reading it then it is bread and butter of SC judges I can bet that even judges not related to the case are reading this report to increase their repository ...
Now had I been the petitioner I would have proceeded in following manner:
1) establish NS kids has assets beyond there means.
2) Establish that NS has received cash from unknow sources (Hudibya paper mill and Tariq Shafi)
3) Establish that attitude of PM and his son was not supporting in the investigation ...
4) Establish that they have used fake documents and submitted the same to the court
5) Estalish PM using his position for fair trial of the investigation (SECP Chairman, NAB Chairman, Letter to UAE gov, threats to JIT, Use of miniters to harass JIT members (As it is a personal and not a case of gov of Pakistan)
Based on all these facts we should remove PM as of now and then we can discuss disqualification and further investigation ...
