Agar koi fake banking transaction banaa li hai..tu JIT kon isay authenticate ya reject karnay main time lagay ga na?

Fake banking transaction ka chance 0.01 % hai.. GCC ka clearance house Qatar main nahi hai, aur Qatar ke baqi mulkon ke saath achhay taaluqat bhi nahi hai.. Agar Qatari bank fake transactions ki statement deta hai, aur woh kisi forum pe fake sabit hoti hai, tou GCC ke baqi countries ka stance ke Qatar ISIS ko financially support karta hai, buhat strong hojaega..

I don't think Qatar will jeopardize her national interests for the sake of Shareef Family.. Yeh sirf Pakistani government karsakti hai, jo national interest pe soday bazi karti hai..

Shareef family is not going to accept the decision. Pakistan Army will have to intervene at some point. They are identifying all the options available to them, constitutional and non-constitutional. First, they will take constitutional steps, then unconstitutional.

Tough times ahead for the nation.

On the other hand, if you guys have noticed, SC and Election Commission has given the dates for IK's cases that are same as JIT dates, and Panama case dates.. I would have called it coincidence if it had happened once or twice. But I have noticed that whenever any important date is announced in Panama, the same date is announced by either SC or EC in IKs cases. Aisa lagta hai ke judiciary ke bhi kuchh log NS ke saath milay huay hain.. EC tou khair hai hi Shareef Family ka toilet.

There will be no unconstituitional step taken by army.. Likh lein aaj.. Infact uncojnstituitional step tu door ki baat hai... Unke pass jo constituitional steps bhi available honge..to apply rule of law..which apparently go against shareef family...woh bhi exercise nahi karein ge.. Unconstituitional step tu is waqt amry ko lena bhi nahi chahye..as there is hope ke judges acha faisla karein ge..aur uske baad uski implementation bhi ensure karein ge.. Maybe they call army under article 190 to ensure implementation of their verdict.. Aap unconstituitional option ki baat karrahay hain.. Mujhe tu ye darr hai ke agar 190 ke under army ko bulaa liya SC ne..tu phir Gen
jehangir karamat ki history repeat na kar dein Gen Bajwa..apnay aap ko neutral rakh kar..ke SC se kahein ke aap janein aur aap ka kaam..aur defence ministry ko letter likh dein.. Mujhe current army leadership se kisi bhi achi cheez ki umeed nahi hai.. Jab woh apna kiya hua tweet..sharifs ke liye wapis le saktay hain tu SC ke order ko bhi defense ministry(under kh asif) ...forward kar ke matti pao karsaktay hain..

Yes but in such time of situation they can always ask for a week ... If it is such a prime evidence that can proof the money trail then there is no harm in giving a week or its validation but I doubt that Sharief will dare to produce any fake document knowing that JIT has a legal team in london which can always get them checked ..

agreed ,, furthermore, all these transactions involved multi country specially england so it is almost impossible for them to create any fake financial document

Ary bhai 30 saal sy gov mn bethy hain adhy sy zyada beaurecracy k loog tu lagay hi inhon ny ha ... Its a mafia , itni asani sy haath nahi ay ga but hats off to imran that he has not surrendered ...

I am not a voter of IK but I admire this person to be a fighter, even if he got disqualify but we manage to get a system of accountability then we will be winner ...

In his yesterday's interview, he said that "mn ny inko marty dam tak nahi chorna" ... Kaash aisi himat or takat mery ander hoti sach k saath khary hony ki ...

Although I dont consider him a good administrator but we owe this man ,,, he really changed my feelings about Pakistan as I had lost my hope on the Pakistani system ...

Mera Banking m koi exp. nahi lekin agr Qatri fake transactions show krta h ya Qatar k kisi bank se banwata h to us k against koi dosra bank bhi to ho ga jis se transaction ya jis ko transaction bheji gai ho gi.
incase Qatari fake transaction deta h toJIT waly us bank se jahan se pesy bhejy gay hn wahan se counter check kr skty hn. ye bank kahin MCB na na nikal aay.
Ap logon ne dekha 2 din pehly MCB k zarye inhon ne aik jhatka dia h.

Or ye bat bhi sahi h k agr Qatar ka koi bank aisi harkat kary or wo sabit ho jay k fake h to us bank se internationally to jo hoga wo to ho ga hi lekin un pr to jo ilzam h k wo ISIS ko fund krty hn, ye or bhi pakka ho ja ga.

Rest assured army knows the public nerves and this is not 90s,,, army have to obey the constitution as public is with Supreme court ,,, there is not a single person who is not with Supreme court except for paid stooges ... Army knows if they dont act as per public expectation they will loose credibility like our parliment ...

Firing head of institutes is the key here ,,, sirf NS ko disqualify kerny sy kuch nahi hoga ,,, Maryam Nawaz ajay gi , dhandhli kern gy or koi bhi law pass kerwa ker apny aap ko accountability sy azad ker len gy ...

I always emphasize this case is not about NS family ,, or not even about Panama leaks ,,, this is about setting the culture of accountability of the powerful ... I lost my hope when order was to form JIT but with the information on JIT members track record I reassess the situation and came to the conclusion that Supreme court is doing the right thing by setting up a smooth and open system of accountability ... this is the most important objective of all this activity ...

Pakistan ka clearing house SBP hai.. Amir Aziz is there in JIT for a reason..

Pakistani bank ne koi fake statement di, tou uss ke saath woh hoga ke Allah de aur Banda le.. Chhoti chhoti mistakes pe SBP doosray banks ko millions main jurmana karta hai.. Fraud ki tou baat hi alag hojaegi..

Main tu yeh chahti hoon ke panama case ke final verdict main yr brnch CJ se ek aur bench banaanay ka kahein ..aur suo moto lein against all instituitions like FBR, SECP, IB etc.... Ya t JIT ki application walay case main hi sab ko farigh kar dein ya phir ek alag se case chalayein..suo moto le kar.. Lekin pata nahi kiun mujhe lagta hai ke advocate JIT ki application wala case bhi kisi lower court ko refer kar ke matti daal dein ge

I think IK should look into this .. altough he should wait for Supreme Court's action but if no action taken on this side then he should also file a petition on disqualification of these head of states and starting criminal inquiry on it ...
