Jab JIt ne shehbaz sharif ko bhi bulaya hai..jis ka naam bhi nahi tha..and who was not even the respondent in panama case.. Tu baji ka tu naam bhi panama papers main hai...and she is also one of the respondents in this case..tu baji ka bulana must hai

Yeh jo hamara khayaal hai naa.. ke JIT ko zaroori hai bulwana, yeh ghalat understanding hai.. JIT ko 13 questions diey gaey hain.. kisi ko bulwaein, ya na bulwaein, SC ko 13 questions ne answers chahien.. tou JIT jis ko bhi zaroori samajhti hai unn 13 questions ko le kar, bulwaleti hai..

Baji ko bulwanay main faida NIL aur Nuqsaan buhat ziada hai.. Agar baji ke baghair kaam chal sakta hai, tou kia burai hai..

Baji ke upar koi case tha hi nahi.. baji respondent iss liey thi, ke Nawaz Sharif ki dependent thi.. petitioners ke mutabiq, uss par bhi petitioners ne NS ki disqualification mangi hai..

Now try to understand a very important legal aspect.

Petitioners attacked PM from two sides..

1 - The first attack was that, Maryam was a dependent of NS. Because she was a dependent, assets she owned at the time of nomination papers filing should have been disclosed by Mian NS, and failure to do so should result in his disqualification.

2 - The assets disclosed in Panama leaks are Nawaz Shareefs Assets (now you should focus on the petition, in which the petitioners are telling court that assets may be legally owned by Maryam, Hussain or Hassan, and all three of them are not dependents of Mian NS, but these assets are actually purchased by Mian NS on the name of his children, in 90s when all of his children didn't have a valid, disclosed source of income.

The first point was dismissed by court, saying that Maryam is not dependent on her father despite her taking huge amount of gifts. So that point is no more in discussion.

The second point though, resulted in disqualification of NS by two judges, and three more said that they want to investigate further about the matter before they say that NS acquired these assets on the names of his children, and thus disqualify him.

Mian NS, in defense, presented a Qatari letter, which states that Mian Shareef had business relationships and he asked Qatari's father to transfer the investment amount to his son, Hussain Nawaz only. And that transaction happened in the form of transfer of flats in 2006 to Hussain Nawaz.

Now, court has asked JIT to find the truth... SC is not much interested in who (from the children) owns that flats.. SC only wants to ascertain whether the flats were acquired in 1990s when Mian NS held public offices in his (any of the) children's names.

If JIT proves that the flats were acquired in 1990s, SC will not need to identify the beneficial owner of trustee, because, SC will determine that the flats were infact purchased by Mian NS on his children's names.

SC has also asked JIT to find out, how Mian NS sent the money to London.. This query (covered by several questions) is very very difficult to answer, and this is only reason of delay in JIT's final report. to answer this query, they have to open Hudaibiya, and when they open Hudaibiya, they find Shahbaz Shareef as one of its directors..

If you look at the proceedings till now, JIT has summoned people who are somehow involved in Hudaibiya case.. such as Saeed Ahmed, Shahbaz Shareef, etc... They will summon (as per my information, has already summoned) Ishaq Dar, who is the main character in Hudaibiya.

To answer you question that why Hussain Nawaz was called again and again.. because, he said he owns the companies (which in turn own the flats) and JIT is asking about the names of directors of the companies from 1993 to 2006. Hussain Nawaz is not ready to give this information..

It may be the case (highly likely in fact) that Hussain acquired ownership of these companies in 2006, but before that, the companies were owned by Maryam Safdar... This is why he is reluctant..

After reading the above, if I tell you that JIT has got the authentic record of ownership between 1993 and 2006, will there be any need to go and meet Qatari, aur call Maryam? No.. Because ownership of flats in 1993 under any of the PMs children's name would mean straight disqualification of NS, if he fails to provide the source of income and money trail.. JIT and SC know that children can't provide money trail and source of income from 1993, being in early 20s at that time..

Actually 3 Judges played a real game.. they try to use JIT shoulder to make their future save.... technically there was NO NEED OF JIT when respondent number 1 openly lying on the floor and in his speeches + he never submit any single evidence in front of SC btw proceedings.. this is all game...

Nahi, previous jhoot bolnay pe kuchh nahi hota.. Baji can take the stance that it was her private matter and she didn't want to disclose her or her relatives properties on media.. Law protects the privacy of a common person.

Allegations have on both hassan and hussain... Nawaz has no name in the panama case list...He is being dragged so as to malign his credibility... JIT will get nothing as evidence and in the last that would be unable to make any decision.. The corruption, if there is something, has been made in a scientific way that is difficult to prove it...

I dont think JIT has the ability to reach at any conclusion... if JIT is given one year more though it cant bring any concrete corruption evidence before the nation....In the last you will see "khoda pahaar nikla chooha"

The supreme court judges made the right decision to formulate the JIT because courts are not investigation department. The decision as is being told it is against the prime minister of Pakistan, a high dignitary. So judges were so conscious before to announce a decision. This decision has to make the history therefore the judges did not want to take any risk at their own. In past some decisions as the courts have given which are still making them the target so why they will again take a risk in which they should be regretted in once again in the future...

@bold theres a specific question relating to this.. SC, in its court order has asked JIT to find out who is the real and beneficial owner of Nielson and Nescol? Justice Ijazul ahsan has asked JIT to establish the real title and ownership of Mayfair properties.

Plus... Its an admitted fact by sharif family..which Justice Ijazul Ahsan has also mentioned tht these flats were in possession of sharif family since 93 when Hasan and Hussain were studying in london..

The only thing they say is tht neilson and nescol were owned by al thani family at tht time

I am not saying there is something international conspiracy. The children of billionaires would be called by billionaires... Nawaz Sharif when he was not in politics was identified as the wealthiest family even at the time of Mr. Sharif, Nawz sharif's father. Obviously Mr. Sharif established a huge business for their children that later grew up.... As i think a PM may not be dragged in courts if he is dragged in courts his attention would be diverted to defend himself and the loss at last would be of the masses and Pakistan... It is now the reason Pakistan's economic situation getting worse because we have engaged the PM in useless issues....

Before politics the sharif family had 1 small foundry and an ice factory. The foundry was opened by NS father in 1939 which was later nationalized by ZAB. But when Zia came to power he returned it to NS in 1980. NS became CM of Punjab in 1985. In his first term as the chief minister their wealth skyrocketed and from 1 foundry they became owner of 30 companies. Can you explain how anyone without winning lottery become owner of 30 companies in such a short span?

Read the book "Capitalism’s Achilles Heel" by Raymond W Baker. It reveals how NS made $418Million in stint as the PM in the 1990s
