Military courts bill aur panama case ke faislay ka aapis main kia talluq? Military courts ka bill approve ho ya na ho..is se bhala panama case par kiya farq parr sakta hai? Aur wesay bhi military courts bill tu 1 month tak approve hota nazar nahi aaraha... Abhi politicians aur blackmail karein ge army ko.. Abhi tu NA sr bhi approve nahi hua, aur Senate main tu wesay hi PPP ki majority hai...tu abhi atleast 1 montth mazeed nikal jayega us main..

Lekin mujhe in dono ka talluq samajh nahi aaraha... Mujhr nahi lagta hai rk panama case ke faislay se iska koi talluq hai.. Aisy tu hazar bahanay dhoond lo,, wohi baat higayi ke 23rd march ka intezar karrin, phir 14th august ka, phir 25 dec ka, phir dobara 23rd march ka... Ya phir mazeee terrorist attacks ka intezar karein... Military courts bill approve honay ke intezar ki koi logic nahi hai, panama case ke faislay ko delay karnay ki,,aur na hi mera khyal hai ke ye eajah hai

As soon as the verdict will be announced PM can dissolve assemblies (if verdict is against him) resulting in delay of the approval of military courts from NA, Zardari is not a kid there is a reason why he sitting in islamabad and PM is in touch with him thats for sure, the bill might be approved in a day or two and the verdict will be out. I cud be wrong but thats how i see the current situation and the unnatural delay in verdict.

At the start of this week they said sometime this week we will give verdict, then around mid-week they said Friday ko tou poora imkaan hai ajaiga. Now new choran of early next week.


Bhai agar verdict nahi dehna tou seedha seedha bolo, yeh delaying tactics ki kya wajah?? I think the judges are waiting for money transfer transactions to go through before releasing verdict in Noora's favour.

Interesting view. PPP however rejected the military courts bills today. Zardari it seems wants a way out (NRO for himself) from establishment and is using this bill to blackmail/negotiate.

Even if 99% of evidence do not match required legal standards..he still said tht we will read each word of 26,000 pages ..... Also, as expected, if they are writing a very detailed judgment...it will take time... I dont know, but I dont expect any foul play from Justice Khosa... He seems to be a reasonable and dignified man...

I seriously don't know why they are delaying it.. If something goes wrong in these days, and government decides to impose emergency, I will blame judges of knowingly or unknowingly supporting NS. Don't care if it is justice Khosa or whoever. If they have been asked to wait for military courts, then I consider it as a very naive reason of delaying justice. Military courts duration could be extended by an ordinance from president even if assemblies are dissolved.

Mujhe military courts ke bajaye..ek doosri cheez ka ziada shak hai... Kahin 23rd March ka tu intezar nahi karrahay? Kia pata..army ne kaha ho ke 23rd March ka din gzar janay dein? This theory still seems more plausible than military courts theory... Uski tu mere nazdeek sense nahi banti bilkol...lekin 23rd March ka intezar hosakta hai?

Lekin agar pehle h verdict de dete 10th march tak...tab bhi 23rd march main bhtt din hotay aur tab tak PM ka maamla settle hochuka hota...

Kia pata..kuch final cheezein reh gayi hon abhi verdict main? Waisy ek achi baat hai ke south korean SC ne president ko disqualify kar diya.. S now, even our Supreme court has another legal reference to look up to...ke SC ye karsakti hai... They have a precedence before them now... Tu agar pehle disqualify nahi kiya tha..maybe now, they shouod gve another thought to it now, and should reconsider their verdict...jab ek precedence bhi hai.. Dunya bhar ke courts ek doosre ke refernce dete hain... Maybe ..this delay could be a blessing in disguise too?

Lagta tu yehi hai ke jaisy dunya news ne kaha..ke abhi verdict likha jaa raha ho..kuch cheezein rehti hon abhi... Kiun ke waqayi...iske ilaawa delay ki koi wajah nahi hai...

23rd March ka tou koi reason banta hi nahi.. Aik corrupt leader ko 23rd march ke taqreeb main lanay ke bajaey agar na laein tou hi behtar hai.

23rd March ke baad kahain ge 1st April ka wait hai, phir kahainge ramadan khatam honay ka wait hai, phir 14th august and the list will go on..
