Tu ab Ishaq Dar kia..le kar jayega SC? Constructed / false record? Main ne Ishaq Dar ki aaj pressconference nahi dekhi.. Aur na hi JIT report main abhi tak Ishaq Dar ka portion parha.. Ek aadh tocker dekha hai bas.. So am not very sure ke kia baatein hui hainz. Bas ye parha ke Ishaq Dar keh rahay thay ke main sab kuch SC le kar jaun ga.. Kia le kar jayega SC?

Hence, Saad saying there's nothing local/national level (absolving Army & Judiciary) but international conspiracy against Nawaz.

Their manjan/choorun whatever Patwaris sell wasn't selling by saying it's (Panama) PTI's saazish, so ingeniuses in PMLN upped the ante and included Judiciary and then Army in its firing range hoping some sympathy would be gained and people will be fooled.

They tested waters by ridiculing Judiciary and didn't get damaged so trying to build new narrative against Army and Judiciary to save their backside - as much as possible.

Resultatly, Nawaz got shut up call to control this uncalled for mudslinging.

Page 181 of JIT report main LHC ne jo NAB references quash kar diye thay,,aur iske against appeal bhi nahi ki thee..jin ka panma case ki hearing main bhi zikr aaya tha.. Un ko bhi JIT ne SC ko recommend kiya hai ke NAB ko kahien ke appeal karein....in SC against LHC judgment... I think inhein Justice Khosa ki judgment se hint leni chahye thee..aur un cases ko nahi recommend nahi karna chahye tha SC.ko ke ..NAB ko order karein appeal ka..

These are only recommendations, and whether SC implements them or not, it's SCs call. I don't think PMLN could score any point if SC drops any recommendation.

Ishaq Dollar wala masla... I am still unable to understand.. How could JIT write that Ishaq didn't pay taxes, while Ishaq is saying that he has received all the record from NAB, which was confiscated in 1999/2000 by NAB from his tax consultant's office.

Acha.. interesting thing is.. his tax consultant has died last year, and he told Ishaq before his death that NAB confiscated the record.. Moreover, not only the tax consultant died last year, he also sold his tax consultancy firm to someone else. So now, neither the firm is there, not its partner (the agent), who could present himself in front of the court to attest Ishaq's statement.

There are two institutions remaining, one is FBR that says that they don't have any record, and the other one is NAB that now says that they confiscated the record and provided the same to FBR.

These are some important arguments, which will be presented in SC on Monday. Now it is the court to decide whose documents it will consider appropriate.

If i was Nawaz Shairf (Allah tooba tooba Allah maaf kray Tooba Toobaa myray munh mein khaak) this is what i would be planing to do next.

1. Create doubts. With a vast majority of people not educated or privileged enough to understand what JIT have done, i would have tried to misquote the report, mislead the people about it, create doubts and confusions by calling JIT biased. In short, given the life long supporters a reason to keep supporting these thugs even after they have been caught with their pants down.
2. Delay the inevitable. Create chaos to achieve that. File cases and petition to get there. Do whatever it takes to keep the public going around in circles.
3. Define victory and change the goals/targets. Have a clear cut understanding that anything short of a guilty verdict and a punishment/disqualification not just from this seat but for future elections can be considered a half win for me! Just do whatever it takes to avoid this clear cut humiliating defeat which is looming ahead.
4. Deception. Again, this is related to fooling our public. Making them believe that Nawaz was targeted by a biased JIT and this is all part of a grand conspiracy. Sorry to say that there are still many people in our country that will fall of it, because they have been deprived of education and knowledge to understand this.

But ALLAH ka shukar ha, i am NOT NAWAZ SHARIF so what i am going to do here is to spread awareness and make more and more people realize the tactics of these haram khors in coming days. I will be using twitter, defence.pk and all other means available to me to make it happen and play whatever little role i can play. My aim will be to make people understand what this JIT report have said and what it means for us, the people of Pakistan with respect to how we have been led by this family of shameless liars!

So people, lets ALL do this. I think this is our responsibility!!

The search engine can provide download pages dated back to Dec 07, 2005. This argument will not be accepted by SC in my opinion..

What did JIT write exactly? JIT ne kia kaha hai ke Ishaq Dar ne tax submit hi nahi kiya? Plus...FBR is the relevant instituition regd tax...so how could SC rely on NAB's statement regd tax? JIT ne apni taraf se bhi investigation ki hogi..FBR ka statement assess karnay ke liye..ke sahi hai ya nahi? Like they did with other instituitions like SECP?
