Kia matlab? Baji ko bulanay ka iraada nahi hai? Aap tu keh rahay thay ke last week tak iraada tha..aur aisi news bhi aayi theen....media par..ke baji ko bhi bulayein ge?

Jahan tak female member ka talluq hai..tu JIT ki sub teams bhi tu hain, apni marzi ki.. Wahan koi female add kar dein..FIA ya kisi ki bhi.ll.l Ya capt safdar ko baji ke saath bulaa lein... Is main kia problem hai? Kahin baji ko relief denay ka tu nahi soch rahay? Hosakata hai ke "kuch logon" ko top se order aagaya ho? Aisa tu nahi hua?

Bilkul irada hai.. but I think they need a female member in JIT before they proceed. So I think they will raise this issue tomorrow.
If they don't raise, then no chance in the next 15 days..

mujhe nahi lagta ke JIT ko ye issue court ke saamnay uthanay ki zuroorat hai..aur na hi who uthayein ge shayad.. jaisy last time humein lag raha tha ke JIT court se poochay gi ke PM ke pass jayein ya unhein bulayein? aisa kuch bhi nahi poocha JIT ne... JIT ne khud decide kiya..

200 pages were reached on the day when hearings finished.. i.e. 23 Feb.

so in a way my guess was right but they mysteriously saved the verdict and took longer than the proceedings to announce and even then they made this JIT so a lot of delays...Giving you guys the opportunity to post all your daily rants

JIT is not body searching anyone and even for that they don't need a female JIT member just only a female police constable can do that.

A female can't go in a closed room alone in the presence of only male investigators... Someone was telling me about this yesterday..

Yes, you are right, any female will be fine.. A constable from a local police station, or another member of the JIT.

Qatari shahzady ke tu apni jaan nekli hoi ha!!!

Saudia, UAE, Bahrain and Egypt have cut all diplomatic ties with Qatar, have called back their staff and officials and have asked Qatari national to leave. Option of completely cutting off all road and air links is being considered as well and is likely to be implemented soon.

He have already refused to appear before JIT in a confirmation that came today.

Female cannot be investigated in closed room without presence of another female official. However that do not necessarily means adding a JIT member as any police constable etc can do the job. She just needs to be there during investigation.

Waiting for the day when Mariyam Nawaz will be made to appear before JIT. I am quite confident that she will make a stupid mistake and prove to be the last nail in this corrupt family's coffin. She is fully capable of that.

I am very happy today.. very very happy..

An 11 year old Pakistani boy was killed 4-5 days back in Abu Dhabi. The whole Pakistani community was in shock. The child was coming back from Asr Prayers but didn't reach home and his body was found on the rooftop of the building where he lived the next day. His father is a doctor. Next to him lying was his Quran (which he used to recite in the local Masjid). He was fasting..

Today, just a couple of hours back, culprit has been arrested. Man, I love how quick police arrests the killers here. The killer is also a Pakistani unfortunately..

Now within a year, this killer will be shot dead by a firing squad in front of boy's parents. This is another good thing.. I know that the pain will be there in their hearts forever, but at least they will also remember killer standing in front of firing squad, crying for forgiveness, and dying slowly as the bullets pierce his body.

I think Ishaq Dollar.. He has been summoned already. He had to appear within two days of receiving the summon, but hasn't appeared yet..

Well, the rule is a rule. However, I don't think they need a full JIT member since it has already been constituted and will delay the investigation by at least a week so I think any woman police officer can be present during the questioning session.
Though I trust the JIT members since the honorable justices have selected officers with impeccable careers but I don't trust the princess because she is a princess and can play the last card that some women play in such a situation so from that point of view the presence of a female officer is must to secure JIT actually.

I don't know. In Abu Dhabi, there are cameras installed everywhere.. They have record of finger prints of everyone, entering this country. Some say that they get the blood, not just to test for diseases, but to collect DNA as well.

I have not seen a single such incident in which the killer hasn't been apprehended within a week.

Last year, just before ramadan started, same happened in Sharjah, the killer was arrested in 3 days and is being given to firing squad. Just as we heard about the news that cessation court here has rejected his appeal, this new incident happened, and today is the 4th day when the culprit has been arrested.

Though I trust the JIT members since the honorable justices have selected officers with impeccable careers but I don't trust the princess because she is a princess and can play the last card that some women play in such a situation so from that point of view the presence of a female officer is must to secure JIT actually.

Yes, I think any woman official can accompany her. But given the confidentiality of proceedings, I don't know if JIT will decide itself.

JIT can include any female official, whom they can trust with confidentiality.. someone from their instituitions.. waisy bhi JIT ke saath har instituition ki sub teams hain.. un main koi female hosakt hai ya esp bulaa saktay hain, apnay instituitions se.. its not much of a problem..

Yes, but if the proceeding will become public, it will again haunt JIT. JIT is avoiding any controversies at this stage.
