Waisy next yr elections tu may June mian honge.. And Justice Khosa will become chief justice in Jan 2018 ... U waqt shayad NS hi PM honge..... Kaisa lagay ga...jab Mian Sb Justice Khosa ki oath taking ceremony as CJ attend karein ge? Oath tu President letay hian lekin PM bhi attend kartay hian.. HOW will NS and Justice Khosa face each other tht day?

Both are actually very learned judges; their cases have references in Yale and Harvard's Law Schools - they can make millions after retirement through halal ways, they need not go the ------ way.

Their verdict has been bulldozed by majority judges, that would mean operational parts of their judgement are no more valid. They won't be the member of any bench constituted for further proceedings, what I have learnt from a reputed lawyer of SHC.

Yeh tu sahi hai.. But court order was on behalf of all 5 judges...though 2 dissented with tht..

Ab JIT ke baad jo faisla aayega.l do we need majority of this 3 member bench yo get NS disqualified...or one more vote? Because originally it was a 5 member bench.. S if one more judge decides to disqualify NS.. Then it will mean 3 out of 5 judges disqualified him...so it should mean disqualification? This 3 member bench is only an implementation bench on behalf of 5 member bench...right?

True, the court order was unanimous, only the order.

Number of judges required to disqualify NS will depend on the number of bench members, the bench tasked to hear post-JIT proceedings. Agar larger bench mein 5 member howay tau at least 3-2 ka ratio aur agar full bench howa tau more than half of the judges.

Babar Awan altho he is good lawyer but he misleads the audience on this case.

Do you remember Chief Justice terming them as dissenting notes? He didn't call it part verdict..

The fate of the bench that passed the verdict is not clear in the judgement. However, the judges who declared NS disqualified can't remain in under law unless it's a review petition.

Judges had asked CJ to constitute monitoring/implementation bench....aur woh 3 member bench ban gaya....which has judges of majority verdict

Sirf yeh decide hona hai ke un 2 judges ka vote count karay ga ya nahi? I dont think theres any question of any new bench being made, after implementation bench of 3 members... Ek hi new bench bannay ka kaha tha, CJ se aur woh ban gaya..

Justice Wajihuddin said..consider the verdict dated 20th april..as interim order..final verdict of which is yet to come.. Infact he was of the opinion at tht time( us waqt yeh implementation bench nahi bana tha) tht report of JIT will come back to the same 5 member bench and they will give final verdict again..
