Has anyone noted the change of tone (against NS) by some lota journalists and PPP? I think many people are seeing that NS wants to fight till the end and realising that the status quo is collapsing so those smart ones are distancing themselves.

Main ne bhi hamid mir ka ek clip dekha tha...after tht tweet on dawn leaks.. Us waqt tu he talked against NS..lekin kal parson ek aur clip tha, jiska title tha ke he said tht NS was not aware of tht notification.... I thought ke us ne phir uturn le liya hoga, NS ke favor main....Woh clip phir main ne dekha nahi..

Najam Sethi ko bhi kaafi arse se nahi suna..but siasatpk par vids ke jo caption hotay hain, us se tu lagta hai ke he is still with NS

But now I am sure.. 100%.. they will find something insignificant and disqualify Imran Khan..

If after so much lengthy investigations and trial, IK is disqualified by any judge, my trust on judiciary will be no more there..

Itna tapar nahi ha SC main kah IK ko disqualify ker sakin wo be tab when neither FBR nor nab or election commission could find anything against him. Otherwise the way election commission is pro nawaz and all institutions working under the pm, they would had disqualified Imran along ago. As for Hanif affideen, he is a joker and SC knows this.

I think kisi ke cousin ya relatve honay se koi farq nahi parta.. Har insan ki apni integrity hoti hai.. Justice Khosa's brother Nasir Khosa, was chief Secy Punjab of Shahbaz Sharif, then he was principal sec to PM Nawaz Sharif, for few months b4 Fawad hasan fawad, and then was posted by govt in Workd bank.. But is sab se kia Justice Khosa ki neutrality ya judgment par koi farq para??

Although govt ko aitraz hosakta hai Bilal Rasool par... Lekin zuroori nahi ke unke cousin PTI main hain tu woh khud bhi ho.. Bas integrity walay banday ho, Allah karay

I'll be on the look out for similar non-partisanship when its moto gang/aka Noora boys in this position. On a personal level its not bias but a matter of conflict of interest. It'll give Noora one more thing to fret about.

Justice Ejaz Afzal Khan either has forgotten what he wrote before, or maybe now he is regretting his own truthfulness or maybe he is competing in stature and fame comparable to Justice Malik Qayyum.

However I do not think Justice Ejaz Afzal has brother like Justice Qayyum had otherwise he would have been elected unopposed from Lahore's constituency like Pervaiz Malik (brother of Justice Malik Qayyum) was elected on PMLN ticket.

I'll be on the look out for similar non-partisanship when its moto gang/aka Noora boys in this position. On a personal level its not bias but a matter of conflict of interest. It'll give Noora one more thing to fret about.

It's a matter of future for all of the Govt,. Officers - their whole career is focused on getting powerful positions - and illustrious postings; becoming an OSD (Officer on Special Duty) kills majority of their conspicuous priveleges as well as losing the race amongst highly competitive fraternity of their colleagues.

All of these 4 officers know what will happen to their future and might not have forgotten what happened to Muhammad Ali in SECP or Tariq Malik in NADRA and they also will think what will happen to them when Maryam or Bilawal becomes next PM - don't be surprised by this; if Zardari can become President when nobody thought he would even come back to Pakistan then anything can happen - or "any" happening can be made.

The sentence which u quoted from Advocate's verdict is a single line from his detailed verdict which is apparently against NS..otherwise , in his entire verdict, he has given lame arguments in NS defense..even lame arguments like acc to ROPA, its not reqd by law for the PM to disclose his asstes or tell the means through which they were acquired? In his whole verdict, he has given arguments in NS favor... Bas ek line ghalti se likh di..woh bhi bhtt ziada harsh nahi hai.
So, i agree with advocate when he says ke main ne PM ko jhoota nahi kaha.. Unhein darr hoga ke main ne tu apnay pooray verdict main bhtt khyal rakha tah ke PM ke against na likhoon..ab ye tu ek line lay kar beth gaye? Tu jaldi se clarify kardoon ..is se pehle ke PM ko bura lagg jaye,.

Ab in judges ko hi dekh lein.. I think Justice Ijazul Ahsan is also an honest person...but woh shayad itnay ziada daring nahi thay, dissenting judges ki tarah.. Although ke mujhe Justice Ijazul Ahsanki neeyat par bilkol shak nahi hai..

So, I hope, ke JIT main jo members hain, woh honest honay ke saath saath daring bhi hon
