But now I am sure.. 100%.. they will find something insignificant and disqualify Imran Khan..

If after so much lengthy investigations and trial, IK is disqualified by any judge, my trust on judiciary will be no more there..

In Panama case, speaker didn't even send the reference to ECP, hence of the judges remarked that the disqualification can only occur if the speaker sends a reference to ECP, which disqualifies. If ECP doesn't disqualify, the case can be referred to SCP if the accusers are satisfied with ECPs decision.

I think IK can be disqualified. Anyway, I was not referring to this.. I was saying that after so much scrutiny, they disqualify him based on an insignificant thing, I will say Fatiha on judiciary..

Lekin woh bhi sirf is baat par kabhi bhi disqualify na kartay ke kiun ke hum ne PM ko kiya hai..tu ab IK ko bhi karein.. Obviously woh bhi merit par hi case decide kartay.. Lekin atleast unn par patwaris aur unke media ki taraf se pressure hota zuroor..ke ab inko bhi karke dikhao.

Lekin ab tu...i see no chance of IK getting disqualified from SC at all

I dont think IK will be disqualified.. Because ordinary public is not aware of technicalities and diff laws.. They will only see, tht SC didnt disqualify NS, but they disqualified IK...
SC will look extremely bad.. I dont think, they will do it..

My opinion is different. This is the third attempt.. and if SC has accepted it for hearing, there is something fishy.. or the earlier investigations/ ECP's verdict were wrong..

Or IK has something that no one could notice earlier.. NAB/ ECP/ FBR/ SC.. etc etc..

Bari himmat hai waisay. Agar yeh wohi purana case hai aur IK bardaasht kar raha hai..

Main hota tou dharna dechuka hota abb tak.. akela... SC ke gate ke saamnay.. ke kyun accept ki hai petition..

Hosla and if you want to spend energy on something, spend it in making sure that you are playing your part. It is unfortunate is we, who realize what is going on all sit back and do nothing but criticize every other statement and institution. At the end of the day, we should be able to give OUR SELF a satisfactory answer when we ask OUR SELF what WE HAVE DONE to change any of it for better.

I am afraid I do not have a satisfactory answer for myself right now. If you have one for yourself may be you are lucky. Just get that answer to convince yourself at least.

No.. I have taken some real actions... aik addh baar tou khatarnaak hadd tak khatra tha.. Abb bhi jab moqa milta hai zaroor kisi na kisi ko khudday line lagwane ki koshish karta hun Pakistan ja ke..

Article 62/63 ki jitni achi interpretation Justice Qazi Faiz Isa ne ki hai...shayad hi kisi ne ki ho,, unlike pakora judge..who gave lame arguments tht article 62/63 is abt legal honesty and not moral honesty.,aur in dono main farq bhi nahi bataya.. Justice Qazi Faiz Isa ne bhtt acha interpret kiya hai article 62/63 ko.. Justice Khosa quoted his interpretation of 62/63 in this panama case.. Justice Qazi Faiz isa very eloquently explained this article refers to Huqooq ul Ibad rather than Huqooq Allah... Aur huqooq ul Ibad se related matters..honesty/dishonesty article 62/63 main aatay hain

Kaash pakkra judge ne bhi Justice Qazi Faiz Isa ki woh judgment parh li hoti tu aisi lame arguments na di hotein...legal aur moral honesty ki

Yeh waisay theek kaha.. balkay now after what you explained.. IK shouldn't even ask SC to expel any petition against him.. in order to avoid tasway of pmln... even if they try 1000 times.. he should explain 1001 times..

Warna shayad kafi logon ko yeh na pata ho.. ke jaan boojh kar aik namaz chhornay wala (some Aslaaf say jaan boojh ke 5 namazein chhornay wala) daira e Islam se kharij hojata hai.. aur according to constitution, a head of the state should be a Muslim..

Khair, I agree with Justice Faiz Isa that 62/63 should be seen with huqooq ul Ibad.. kyun ke huqooq Allah main tou sab gaey.. siwaey Nabion aur Sahaba ke..

Uski saza qayamat ke din insan ko mil jayegi..theres no compulsion in religion.. Aap kisi ko zabardasti namaz nahi parhaa saktay ya roza nahi rakh wa saktay... Lekin jahan insaan dusroon ke huqooq par daaka daaley..us ki saza dunya main bhi hai aur Akhirat main bhi.. Islam has emphasized on Huqooqul Ibad very much.. So he says ke we should interpret article 62/63 with reference to Huqooq ul Ibad...

Infact apni ek purani judgment main Justice Khosa ne bhi likha tha ke article 62/63 is a nightmare of interpretation .. It should be more clear.. Jo baat aap ne kahi..ke aisy log tu Anbiaya e karam aur sahabaa hi hosaktay hain... Woh ab nahi hain..tu kaisy interpret karein..is article ko? Apni purani judgment ka bhi zikr kiya hai unhon ne kiun ke PM. Ke lawyer ne bhi shayad unki purani judgment ko quote kiya tha.....lekin phir woh panama case main saath hi ye bhi likhtay hain ke ab jab ke ye article humaray constituition ka part hai.....tu humein jitna samajh aasaky..isay interpret aur apply karna chahye... He says ke ab waqt ke saath saath election tribunals aur judges ko is article ka matlab samajh aanay laga hai..aur iski interpretation honay lagi hai..ab.. Ke is article ka asal maqsad hai kiya?? Then he quotes Justice Qazi faiz Isa's judgment..and says tht i found this interpretation acceptable, and hence its approved by me..

Ohh yes... this is the best one.. But Huqooq ul Ibad bhi itnay asaan nahi hain.. They start from the household and then expend to close relatives, neighbors, then ummah..

I don't know.. he is right.. that explaining 62/ 63 is not that easy..
