I am also not sure abt it... But mostly ppl are saying tht one more judge is required, and tht Justice Khosa ans Justice Gulzar's vote will also be counted..

However....even i think tht what u said is a possibility too... Yeh point kal main ne bhi raise kiya tha.. But since mostly ppl are saying one more judge..tu main soch rahi thee ke shayad yehi hoga...

We need some confirmation regd it.. Pata nahi ye kab clear hoga??

That's how I'm reading it. Decision of 2 judges can't be ignored.

That's how I'm reading it. Decision of 2 judges can't be ignored.

Again, that's how YOU read it.

That's the problem.

Problem is, the last bench has already given its 'verdict'...so it is totally possible that last 3 judges are considered the final word.

And 2-1 decision in NS favor might let NS go scott free...

Pakora judge is Justice Sheikh Azmat Saeed and Advocate is Justice Ejaz Afzal .. We call Justice Azmat as pakora..because on the first day of hearing in Dec, he said to hamid khan..ke ye aap akhbari khabron par case le aaye hain.. Akhbar par tu aglay din pakoray khaaye jatay hain.. Since then, we call him pakora judge His pakora remark showed his nonseriousness and intentions from the first day

Advocate is Justice Ijaz Azal..because from the first day...he has been acting as Nawaz Sharif's defense lawyer in the bench He has proved tht, in his verdict too, by giving lame arguments in NS favor

Wow...really how could I miss that..but thanks for the info. I wish that this pakora nose is not included in the new bench to oversee the JIT then...

By the way, any update on the formation of JIT, has it been done or still something is pending. I have apprehension that NS is trying to get ousted by military instead of being disqualified by the court in the Panama case but I hope that double jeopardy happens i.e. he gets ousted by the army and also disqualified by the court and his characterless transgender daughter gets punished for the leaks. I don't see any why both can't be done
