Aur agar commission nahi bana tu suspension nahi hogi.. There are some ppl who believe ke ab itnay time ke baad commission shayad na baany.. And i dont consider reopening of hudaibya case as some form of commission..liun ke woh ty court main case chalay ga..uske liye suspension zuroori nahi.. Agar tu NAB, FIA, aur FBR ko kuch kaha SC ne karna ko...tab suspension hogi.. Aur agar nahi kaha, tu i think sirf 62/63 par declaration aajayegi..without any immediate suspension
